Jake may just be the swooniest Max Monroe hero to date and add in he is a single dad, yep you can’t help but love him.

The moment I started this story I was hooked and continued to fall more in love with the story as it continued. Jake’s daughter, Chloe, doesn’t want her father to be alone so she submits a personal ad for a contest without his knowledge and from there things take off.

Jake is a former Navy Seal, a business owner, and a single father. He goes above and beyond to provide and take care of his daughter. I loved the relationship they had, they had the father/daughter banter. Holley works for a newspaper and is in charge of the contest that Jake has been entered in, not her top choice to work. I loved the initial meeting between Jake and Holley, there was chemistry from the start between them and things just went from there. Holley also formed a close connection with Chloe which I loved. Jake and Holley’s relationship was so much fun. They had great banter and an easy going vibe. They worked well together and really balanced each other out.

The secondary characters were also fantastic and great additions to the story. I loved Holley’s dad, he KILLED ME when it came to his texts. I was laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes. Jake’s best friend, Garrett, is also a great addition and I CANNOT WAIT to know more about this single dad firefighter.

It is time to head back to the Circle B ranch with one of my favorite families, the Bishops.

Maize Bishop is all grown up and she is the head cook at the B&B and an insanely talented at it. She has been burned in the past when it came to a relationship and has walls up to protect herself. However, one night complaining about love and relationships she meets a handsome stranger, aka Gavin, and has a one-night stand that rocked her world, until a few months later that handsome stranger is now working on the ranch. Gavin is done with the rodeo circuit and looking to settle down and lands in a small Texas down and on the Circle B Ranch.

I love Maize and Gavin. They have some insane chemistry that is just heating up the pages from the very beginning. Then add in the cat and mouse game they play and I was completely hooked, especially when it came to Maize having to chase. Maize is stubborn and frustrating at times. Gavin is sweet, swoony and so lovable from the very beginning. There are so many sweet scenes between them that just make you smile and there are scenes between them that will have you looking for something to fan yourself with. Though, there is a ten-year age gap between Maize and Gavin, it really never seems like that and doesn’t give off the traditional age gap vibes.

Wrangling the Cowboy is a great addition to the Circle B Ranch series! A MUST READ and I can’t wait to head back to the ranch already!

Callum Crew, oh how I love you. He’s broken, he is sweet, and he brings the heat.

Callum went through something tragic and now experiences panic attacks that have affected his ability to race, that his until he starts to see a therapist, Aspen Belle, and realizes that she is the only one that can help him. Of course, she also happens to be insanely gorgeous.

The moment Callum and Aspen met there was a connection. Aspen was careful with this, she knew she couldn’t take the chance of losing her license by having a fling with a patient. Callum understood, however, that didn’t stop the flirting and all the sweet things Callum did for Aspen. The tension just continued to build and eventually everything comes to a head….

I loved the forbidden aspect of their relationship. When Aspen finally gave in to all of Callum’s flirting, they did have to keep everything a secret. I also loved their friendship. It was fun and light, full of flirting from both sides. Add in the travelling to many gorgeous locations and spending time together, it showed a different side to Callum.

If single dad romances are your jam this is one collection YOU WILL WANT TO READ. I LOVED every single story in this collection. Each story was different, but all the characters had fantastic chemistry. I was seriously swooning over every single story.

Before Her is a slow burn, nanny/employer romance with a reverse harem twist. The Baby Drop Off is a surprise baby/neighbor to lovers romance. Only the Lies is a sweet story, with some family drama. Broken Down is an emotional second chance romance.

Three of the four authors were new to me, I’ve previously read many of Elle Thorpe’s books, but after this I will be checking out all the other authors involved. This is a MUST READ collection.

TK Leigh knocked it out of the park with Possession. This book is full of romance, but there is so much more to this story than that and it is worth the read! Possession beautifully deals with topics that I think many others would have avoided, but they aren’t glossed over, they aren’t glamorized and that is what makes this story so much more.

Londyn just lost her job and was almost hit while crossing the street, enter Weston, the man who saved her life. After that fateful meeting they couldn’t stop thinking about each other, but really didn’t think their paths would cross again, however, fate is funny and has something different in mind.

Londyn, I love her. She lost her mother tragically at a young age and felt like she needed to do everything she could to make her father happy, even if it meant she wasn’t happy in the process. I wasn’t expecting her back story to be so emotional and hit me as hard as it did. However, despite everything she is a survivor, a fighter, but she still struggles with what has happened. Weston, hasn’t experienced what Londyn has first-hand, however, he has witnessed it first hand, even when it comes to Londyn.

Their chemistry from the start is beautiful. There is a connection and they are drawn to each other. They are good for each other and exactly what the other needs. Their relationship isn’t easy and faces and lot of barriers both between the two of them and with the public. I love that Wes doesn’t care what others about his relationship with Londyn, he loves who he loves and to him the color of someone’s skin doesn’t change a thing.

Possession is the first book in a duet and does end on a cliffhanger, which I’m still recovering from!

Possession is a beautiful story that will leave you thinking, it will leave you angry and it will also have you falling in love with Londyn and Weston. A MUST READ!

Take A Number is full of laughs, delicious pastries and fake dating goodness.

Dean is a bachelor and on the outside he seems like he has everything, however, there is something deeper to him that he struggles with when it comes to relationships. Norah is focused on her business and not finding love. However, they both need help from the other and enter a fake relationship….

Take A Number is hilarious and sweet! I loved everything about their “relationship”. There is no denying that the two of them had chemistry from the start and I LOVED the banter between them. The progression from friends to something more was a fun journey. I love how supportive Dean is when it comes to Norah and he proves that many times throughout the story.

Take A Number is a sweet fake dating romance that is full of laughs and some steamy scenes! A MUST READ and make sure you have some pastries to enjoy while you read!

Oh Mack and Lena!!! I fell in love with these two from the moment they were introduced and as the story continued I fell more and more in love with them and their story.

Mack and Lena met as teens and it was truly love at first sight, however, Mack gets the opportunity of a lifetime, however, Lena has experienced the racing life and the travelling that comes with it. She lets him go even though her heart breaks. Now it is three years later and he needs her help…..

Mack and Lena have chemistry from the start and even after three years there was a connection between them. Their relationship is beautiful, it is an emotional and you can’t help but love everything about it. Once they are reunited, they form more of a friendship, which is amazing. They have such an easygoing vibe when they are together and they just work well together. Plus, Mack with a little baby…..seriously SWOONY!

If you love a second chance, surprise baby romance than I HIGHLY recommend Grip! It has all that plus emotions and heat! A MUST READ!

Seth and Evan’s story one I have been waiting for since the beginning. Two rival bagel shop owners who are unfortunate victims of a family feud. Our Star-Crossed Kiss is like a modern Romeo and Juliet without the tragedy.

I love Seth and I have from the beginning. He is such a sweetheart. He is hardworking and an amazingly talented photographer. He is also a mama’s boy and will do anything for her, even if that means entering to be in a food reality show. Evan works hard running the bagel shop her family owns, it is her life, however, it isn’t what she truly wants to do, so when the opportunity comes up to enter the same reality show she takes it.

Seth and Evan have chemistry from the start. They haven’t always been enemies; they were nine when the feud between their families started. They were best friends prior to that, they did everything together and everyone thought they would end up married one day. Now that they are forced to work together there is still the chemistry, however, they both keep it pretty physical in the beginning.

I loved getting more with the other couples of the Rooftop Crew that we’ve grown to love and Blanca was killing me when it came to the little game. Plus, the little bits we got of the upcoming couples has me impatiently waiting to return to Clifton Heights!!

Our Star-Crossed Kiss is a sweet, banter filled, somewhat forbidden romance that will have you laughing and smiling the entire way through! A MUST READ!!!

Bully King isn’t for everyone. There are subjects in this book that may be difficult for some people to read, however, while it is emotional this book will hit you deep.

Jonah is in a new state, a new town, a new school all during his senior year. His father is the towns preacher. Roman is the star of the town, he is the quarterback of the high school’s football team. He can pretty much get away with anything in the town. Jonah and Roman run into each other the first day of school and from there things take off.

My heart broke for Roman. He looked like he had it all on the outside, however, what was going on behind closed downs was so much worse. While at the school and around the football team he kept up his cocky, arrogant attitude, but with Jonah there was a different side that came out, a sweeter side. There were times Roman was frustrating though, especially with how he treated his own friend out of fear and to keep up an image. My heart also broke for Jonah, for how his father was with him and the things his father would say right to his face. However, Jonah had some support from his younger sister, Mary. The connection between Jonah an Roman is there and you could feel how much these two needed each other. They helped each other, the brought out a different side to the other. They loved, they fought, they shared something that no one in their town would really understand.

Bully King is an emotional book, this book took a lot out of me, however, it was so worth it in the end. If you aren’t easily affected by tough subjects in books this is definitely worth the read!

Grab a fan, read in front of your open freezer, or have an ice pack handy because you will need it to cool off while reading this HEAT filled, PASSION filled, EMPOWERING romance.

While there is plenty of heat and passion in this story, there is also so much more to it. It is empowering, it is beautiful and I love Sage’s journey of discovering her wants and needs and not being afraid to go after it, even if it may be different from the norm. She learned to embrace it and Cole support it.

A MUST READ and I can’t wait to get Daniel’s story!
