The moment I started reading this book I fell in love. Mistaken identity, quirky librarian who also designs lingerie and a football star? I am 1000% sold.

From the moment Elena and Jack met on a blind date that was never supposed to happen there was something between them. They were drawn to each other. They have some ups and downs, some doubts, however, there is no denying the amount of chemistry these two have for each other and how perfect they are for each other.

I love Elena and her quirkiness. I love her hobby and her passion for it and how fitting she makes it to her personality. Plus, she has a pet pig. Jack is also a fantastic character. He isn’t the typical arrogant, overly cocky professional football star. There is more to him and he has some secrets that make him so much more lovable and gives him some quirkiness, too.

Not My Romeo was amazing from start to finish and I didn’t want this story to end. I was completely sucked into the story and had trouble putting it down. I can’t wait for more of the series. A MUST READ!

P.S. How do I join the Daisy Lady Gang? I totally want to be a member.

This is a review of two of the stories featured in this novella, but this is a fantastic collection of modern retellings of classic stories we all grew up with. It is also a great introduction to author’s stories or amazing additions to existing series.

The Princess and the Pea by Sierra Simone:

I loved this retelling of The Princess and the Pea. It had everything I loved about Sierra Simone’s writing. It was captivating, steam filled and fast paced. I love that she has a powerful woman, who craves pain and pleasure. Morgan and Lorne are perfect and have AMAZING chemistry. I truly hope there is more of these two characters in the future!

Danger’s First Kiss by Aleatha Romig:

If you’re familiar with the Sparrow world you will LOVE this story, if you’re new to the Sparrow world it is a great introduction to the world and the characters. Lorna and Reid’s story is a take on Cinderella and I LOVED it. I loved seeing how these characters first met and getting to know a little of their background, along with getting to see the rest of the Sparrow’s. They have instant chemistry and I can’t wait to see where their story goes in Dusk!

If you’re looking for something dark, twisted and full of fairy tales this collection is a MUST READ!

I have been waiting for more of Kace and Aria’s story since the cliffhanger of an ending in book one, A Reckless Note. This book picks up right where things left off for these two characters.

I was quickly sucked back into the world of Kace and Aria and I loved every single moment of this book. Some questions were answered; however, many more questions came up. Plus, Aria is still trying to locate her brother, Gio.

Their chemistry is continuing to grow throughout this story and I love their relationship. Kace is protective of Aria, he doesn’t want her to leave his site, but he isn’t annoyingly overly protective. I love the visits from other characters, too.

The mystery continues throughout A Wicked Song and we are left with another jaw dropping cliffhanger. I can’t wait for the conclusion of this story to see how everything comes together and to see Kace and Aria’s relationship progress.

I’m glad we get more Jordan and Beck because I love these two characters and Brazen Tricks was perfect for their story.

Jordan and Beck haven’t had an easy road and there continues to be some twists and turns when it comes to them being together. From the first book of this series to now, Jordan has grown so much as a person and a character. Sure, she still has some insecurities, but who doesn’t? Beck continues to be supportive of Jordan and I love it. Even though they both have found fame he continues to be her biggest support and cheerleader.

Some unanswered questions are answered and I’m glad to finally have some things answered. I am sad this is the end of their journey, but Brazen Tricks was the perfect ending to their story.

The moment I started reading I was sucked into the story. It is full of drama and you won’t want to put the book down.

I really liked Raven. Sure, she runs a brothel, but she cares about the girls that work for her, she wants them to have a better life and she does what she can to help them. Including stealing thirty grand from Enzo. I loved the chemistry between Raven and Enzo, I loved how their relationship progressed.

This story will keep you on your toes with the drama and little bit of suspense. If you’re looking for a fast paced mafia romance this is one to check out.

Hard Fall is EVERYTHING. From the moment Trace “Buzz” Wallace was introduced I was dying for his story and this was everything I could have wanted and so much more.

Buzz is hilarious, kind of dorky, awkward and has a great heart underneath everything. Hollis has some walls up, but she is fully of sass, she is independent, and she is smart. Her and Buzz really balance each other out. I loved their first meeting and things only got better from there.

Buzz and Hollis have amazing chemistry, I LOVED their banter. Of course, there is some hesitation when it comes to the both of them admitting they are dating, but they both keep up the “just friends” for way too long and I did get somewhat frustrated with them.

Hard Fall is a hilariously sweet sports romance that will leave you smiling from start to finish and is a MUST READ!

This book was fantastic from start to finish. This is the first M/M romance from Lauren Blakely and I honestly hope that she writes more because this one is the perfect mix of heat, laughs and just feel good romance.

Dean is a pub owner in London. He has his dad, his business partner and friend, Maeve, along with many other friends. He loves his business, his job, the group of people around him. He doesn’t do relationships, though. Fitz is helping to get his sister settled in London when they walk into a pub. He is also a professional hockey player, however, not well known in London. From the moment these two men meet there is something between them. However, Dean doesn’t hook up with customers and Fitz is only in town for five more days before returning home.

I LOVE everything about Dean and Fitz. Their personalities, their chemistry, their banter. These two men are perfection. One kiss and sparks were flying for these two. They knew that there was something more. With chemistry like theirs you can only deny if for so long. I loved the insta love feeling I got out of the relationship and how fast paced everything moved. There were steamy moments, sweet moments, swoon worthy moments and moments that just had you laughing out loud.

A Guy Walks Into My Bar is a MUST READ that you won’t want to end.

Texas Big Man is bringing the heat in this perfect summer romance.

Melena needed to get out of the city and her brother presents her with the opportunity of working on his newly purchased ranch together for the summer. Only her brother isn’t there when he arrives, but an insanely gorgeous ranch hand, Harlan is.

Melena and Harlan have an instant connection. Though despite the chemistry between them they didn’t get off on the best foot. However, things quickly begin to shift between them, and the sparks fly from there.

I loved every moment while reading this book. It was fast paced, captivating and brings the summer heat.

From the moment Leona was first introduced in Can’t Fight This Feeling, I was dying to know more about her and more about her history with Cullen Cruz. Caught Up In You was everything I wanted and so much more.

Leona is hardworking, she loves her family and her friends, she doesn’t love Cullen Cruz. The man who destroyed her ten years prior, now he is back on his annual visit to Indigo Royal and Leona is forced to see him again. Cullen’s career is changing, his agent is trying to push him in a different direction, but being back at the Indigo Royal Resort is causing Cullen to rethink his choices and his career path……

I LOVE Leona. She is full of sass, she is feisty and she is selfless and caring, especially for those that she loves. Cullen comes across as arrogant, but there are many layers to him and you get to know more about him and who is really is throughout the story. I loved the tension between Leona and Cullen, the banter, and the CHEMISTRY. Those two had some insane amounts of chemistry. Even though there is an eleven year age gap between them, it wasn’t noticeable. Leona is very mature for her age.

This story was a roller coaster of emotions for me. This wasn’t an easy ride for both Leona and Cullen, but it was well worth it. There may have been a moment where I wanted to through my kindle across the room, but that slight drama was quickly fixed.

I am already dying to return to the Indigo Royal Resort! Caught Up In You is a MUST READ that will captivate you from the start!

The moment I started reading I fell in love with this story. Plus, how doesn’t love small town romances?!?

Blair crashes into town and right into Griffin’s life, literally. From the moment they met there was a connection between them. Blair is starting over in life and she has big dreams. Griffin is the town mechanic; he is trying to save his struggling shop. He also has so many walls up and rules he doesn’t break…until Blair. I loved the two of them so much! There was tension, chemistry, and great banter. Plus, the steam! You’ll need a fan at times.

The story itself is just fantastic. I loved the small town and all the people who are in the town. Griffin’s friends are a fun crew and I can’t wait for more of them and the rest of Griffin’s family in the future. Blair is a baker and I LOVED the fact that the recipes that were mentioned throughout the story were also included.

Drive Me Wild is a MUST READ and a great start to an all new series.
