Dirty Rich Secrets: Part One is the first of three parts and it starts off with a bang! Ashley aka Sandy is in the witness protection program. She is hiding from her ex. Noah aka Aaron is CIA, an assassin and the man Ashley is hiding from.

I love that Noah/Aaron is a dangerous man, but despite being an assassin his love for Ashley is so strong and powerful. I love that everything he did was to help her, to protect her and to give her the tools to fight when the time came down to it.

This book is a fast paced, thrilling, steamy, suspense story. I was sucked into Ashley and Noah’s world, into their drama, and their secrets form the very beginning. Ashley and Noah have so much chemistry. I love that this story is a dual POV and we get glimpses of their past together, but also of what the future may hold.

Since this is a three part series it does end on a massive cliffhanger and I can’t wait to see where this story is going to go and what is in store for these characters.

This is not my first or my last read from R.S. Grey. There hasn’t been a book I haven’t completely loved.

Madison is a 25 year old children’s librarian and her father is the chief of police. Ben is a 31 year old lawyer who winds up in a little bit of trouble.

Ben has a history with Madison’s family and it isn’t the best, but Madison seizes an opportunity after an unfortunate event and Ben is the perfect person to help “make her bad”. Can Ben truly help Madison? Will Madison be able to be more independent and not act like a minor child living at home?

The chemistry between Madison and Ben was off the charts. There is no denying their instant connection with one another. These two have no problem getting down and dirty in the library either. I loved the way Ben would challenge Madison and push her boundaries.

There were times where I was frustrated with Madison though, she just was so blind to what was right in front of her. Her “innocence” was a little too much at times, at 25 regardless of living at home or not, you should definitely be having a little more fun in your life.

I truly loved this book. It was steamy, it was funny, it was sweet and it was everything that I love about R.S. Grey.

PENN! I have been impatiently waiting for his story since the moment we met him. The title fits the man, too. He is 100% pure trouble and you can’t help be love the man.

Penn is easily my favorite Dogwood Lane resident. He is confident and everything he says has had me laughing throughout the series. Avery is new to Dogwood Lane moving their after escaping a life she wasn’t happy with in LA. The moment she see’s Penn, she recognized him immediately as the man she met 10 years prior and had a night she would never forget….Penn, however, doesn’t remember that night but is drawn to Avery.

They start as friends but the chemistry quickly sizzles between them and feelings start to shift. However, Avery continues to fight. Though, you can only fight for so long. Penn, I can’t help but love him. Trouble shed a whole new light on him and it only makes him more loveable.

This is the third book in a series, however, each book can be read as a complete standalone. Trouble was worth the wait and is a MUST READ!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. I love Monica James and I know I have said this before, but I will say it again. This woman can write ANYTHING! There is just something about her writing style that sucks you into the story and makes you fall in love with every single character.

I am sad this is the end of the series. This entire series is a MUST READ from me. Saint and Willow’s story is beautiful, tragic and emotional. Their journey together and individual is fantastic throughout this story and the growth of these two characters is truly beautiful.

Forever My Saint was the perfect conclusion to the series, it perfectly tied everything together and I loved how everything came full circle by the end. I could probably talk all day about this series, these characters and Monica James, but honestly, this is one book and series that you really just need to read for yourself.

Buckle up and get ready for one dark, twisted and wild ride.

Always Yours is one wild ride from the very first page to the very last. There are so many twists and turns throughout this story and it will completely suck you in to Liam and Maddie’s world.

The conclusion to Liam and Maddie’s story picks up right where Always Mine ended and is non stop from there. Liam and Maddie’s chemistry continues to grow stronger and stronger throughout this story. The bond and the love they have for each other is enough to keep the two of them going with everything that is going on in their lives.

This book was unexpected and really, it is one duet you just need to read, because I don’t want to spoil a single thing about this story. Liam’s friend, Tyler, may be one of my favorite people ever and I can not wait for his story!

I am sad that this is the end of the Roommate Duet series, but it went out with a bang. Hunter, Mason, Liam, Lennon, Sophie and Maddie were amazing characters to get to know over this series and their bond with each other is amazing. Always Yours is a MUST READ!

I have been waiting for Elijah’s story and he was 100% worth the wait! Saddler’s Surprise is hands down my favorite book of this series. I love Elijah and Gwen, but it was Mamaw and Sadie who completely stole my heart.

I am SO GLAD Elijah is free of his evil ex! I am with the rest of the Saddler family and not a fan. However, Elijah still has a honeymoon trip booked, so why not take a little time off in paradise? Gwen is visiting Aruba for her “bachelorette weekend”, what she doesn’t expect is meeting a man who completely shakes up her world. I LOVED these two from the very start. They bring out different sides to each other and they balance each other out perfectly. Their chemistry is on fire from the very first moment they met.

Elijah wants want his siblings have, a family, but he also is also afraid. He never expected to see Gwen again, but now she is in Arizona and we a new sweet bundle of joy. Sweet baby Sadie. CEO Elijah is HOT, Daddy Elijah is even HOTTER! Seriously, he is so loving and caring and protective over his baby girl from the moment he laid eyes on her. I loved the little family that formed and grew throughout the course of this story.

I hated Gwen’s parents. They were pieces of work, but her sweet Mamaw is the most adorable and sneaky person ever. I couldn’t get enough of her!

Saddler’s Surprise is a MUST READ and I can’t wait to see what is up next for the Saddler family.

Rebel Priest is forbidden romance at it’s finest. This story is sinfully addictive from the very first page to the very last.

Tressa is homeless, not a penny to her name and when Father Bastian discovers her on the steps of his church he offers her a place to stay and a job. These two are drawn to each other from the very first moment they met. However, Bastian is a Holy Man. He shouldn’t be having these thoughts, however he can’t help it. Tressa is a temptation he never expected to meet.

You can only fight the pull for so long and when Tressa and Bastian give in to temptation it is EXPLOSIVE. Their story isn’t an easy one. There is so much the each have to face. Despite the hard road their faith in each other continued to grow. The twists and turns of this story will draw you in, capture your soul and have you falling in love with these two people.

Rebel Priest is a sinfully addicting forbidden romance. A MUST READ!

Gone Nerdy is a quick, funny, and sweet one-night stand turned roommates turned lovers story.
Tiffany is the youngest out of her two cousins, they are both protective of her. She is a free spirit and feisty. Spencer is a programmer and more reserved. Tiffany doesn’t do relationships and Spencer just doesn’t have good luck when it comes to relationships since he is rather nerdy.

Tiffany and Spencer are complete opposites, but they are so perfect for each other. They balance each other out. Tiffany embraces Spencer’s nerdy side. Spencer is supportive of Tiffany and her job and her free spirit. These two had so much chemistry.

Gone Nerdy is a pretty quick read and Tiffany and Spencer’s relationship quickly progresses, minus a few bumps in the road. If you’re looking for a sweet and funny romance with a feisty redhead and a nerdy computer programmer this is a MUST READ!

T.R. Cupak is a new to me author, but when I got an email about this book the title grabbed my attention. I didn’t read the blurb, I had no idea what to expect when I started reading it, but man was I surprised.

Jessa, Becca and Jeremy have a had a good thing going for years, but recently things started to shift and charge with their dynamic. The three have them definitely have some chemistry, they formed a bond after years and years together. Despite the changes that bond will always remain.

Tangled with the Twins was completely unexpected. This is a case of don’t judge a book by its title because after reading this it was nothing like I expected. This story was emotional and so much deeper than I could have ever imagined.

There is drama, lies, secrets and truths revealed that shake things up for the three of them, but they battle back, they fight for each other, they support each other. Even the secondary characters in this book are amazing. There is so much love between this close-knit group of friends. They will do anything to help each other.

Tangled with the Twins is a MUST READ and an unexpectedly emotional romance.

I swear every single book I read from Ashley Hastings I fall more and more in love with Peacock, Mississippi. There is so much to love and discover about the town itself, but also the residents. The Art of Ghosting was hauntingly beautiful and I couldn’t get enough of it!

Alice and James are both afraid of commitment, however, from the moment they meet they are drawn to each other. James was quick to give up his bachelor life and start something real, however, Alice is a little harder to break. I loved the chemistry between Alice and James, the tension at the beginning and the sparks once they gave into each other.

But this book was more than just Alice and James. It was also very much about Willow and Kirby’s love. I loved the tie in from past and present. The historical aspect of this story was fantastic and that is what absolutely made me fall in love with this story.

Of course, since The Art of Ghosting takes place in my favorite town there are a few visits from some old friends, such as Casey and Cade and plenty of Maxwell, Millie and Ivy, with mentions of Darby, Nathan, Lucy and Grayson.

This is a complete standalone, however, if you haven’t read any of the previous books I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND it! You’ll be transported into a beautiful small town in Mississippi that you’ll never want to leave. I can’t wait to see what is next in store for the town of Peacock.
