When it comes to the Voyeur Universe I am OBSESSED and LIAR is nothing short of fantastic. I DEVOURED this book. Olivia and Kent’s story is beautifully addicting.
Liar can be read as a standalone, however, I HIGHLY recommend to read the previous books in the series because they will provide some secondary characters back story, plus they are amazing. If you’ve read Voyeur you know Olivia is Oaklyn’s best friend and Kent is Daniel’s business partner.
Olivia and Kent had an unforgettable one-night stand years ago and once again they come face to face in a rather unexpected setting. In need of an internship for college, Olivia starts working for Kent. Let the teasing and tension ensue!
Olivia and Kent’s chemistry is nothing short of kindle exploding HOT! These two are drawn to each other like moths to a flame. They know they shouldn’t, but you can only ignore attraction like theirs for so long. Their story isn’t just about the steam, there is a deep connection between these two that is truly beautiful. They drive each other, they motivate each other, even despite the age gap.
If forbidden age gap romances are your thing or you are in love with the Voyeur universe Liar is a MUST READ!

Marriage on Madison Avenue was more most anticipated story of this series. From the first moment we met Audrey and Clarke I was dying for more and their story does not disappoint.
Audrey and Clarke have amazing chemistry and a great friendship, so what happens when you add in a fake engagement? Well, you’ll have to read this one to find out. This story is a great friends to lovers romance that is fun, sweet, flirty. There is so much to love about this story.
Audrey and Clarke have been friends forever and you can feel their connection jump off the pages. Their banter was great and everything just felt so easy and effortless between them. Though, I did get a little frustrated that it took them so long to realize their true feelings for each other. I get that Audrey had some insecurities though because of the whole Brayden situation.
If you’ve read the previous books in the series you know that Audrey, Claire and Naomi formed an amazing friendship and with each story their bond continued to grow. I am sad to say goodbye to these women.
Marriage on Madison Avenue isn’t full of steamy scenes, but honestly, this story doesn’t need it. There is so much love and romance throughout that it will leave your heart full and you won’t miss anything. This is another amazing book by Lauren Layne.

Helena Hunting is one of my favorite authors and A Favor for a Favor may be one of favorite books of all time. I completely fell in love with this story and Stevie and Bishop from the very first page.
This is a slow burn, but Bishop and Stevie are worth the wait. There is so much banter in this story and you can’t help but laugh out loud. Stevie is new to Seattle and after getting a not so pleasant surprise form an ex on her brother she finds herself living in her brother, RJ’s, penthouse. Her new neighbor is a grump who likes to hang out in his pretty funny underwear. It quickly becomes a game between the two of them. Bishop has some not so nice opinions of his new neighbor, that is until he finds out who she is.
Stevie and Bishop of chemistry from the start. I loved their little morning game routine. These two are up there with one of my favorite Helena couples ever! I didn’t want their story to end because I couldn’t get enough of them. They are perfect for each other and once they decide to stop playing games and give in to their chemistry things get EXPLOSIVE.
A Favor for A Favor can be read as a complete standalone, but it is the second book in the All In series. If you want more of Stevie’s brother, RJ, then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND reading book 1, A Lie for a Lie.
Stevie and Bishop are one of my favorite book couples of 2020 and this is one of my top reads for 2020!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. I don’t read blurbs so going into this book I had NO IDEA what I was getting myself into. Even If It Hurts was unexpected in the best way possible and it gutted me from the very beginning to the very last page.
The book is broken up into four parts. Part one is college age Chloe and her experience in London that forever changed it. This part broke me. First love and first heartbreak and such an emotional goodbye. Part two is after London and the course Chloe’s life took. This mends that broken heart from the first part and gives you hope. Part three was emotional for me, it continued to mend and as a reader you continued to fall in love but also felt the pain Chloe felt and the confusion. Part four *insert ugly crying here* DESTROYED ME! I could barely read because I was just in tears.
Even If It Hurts isn’t going to be for everyone, but this book was emotional, it was beautifully written and a truly beautiful story. You feel the love, the pain, the loss, the confusion and every other emotion Chloe felt throughout the story. Every single character in this story is loveable. You fall for Chloe, for Oliver and for Lance. You want to dislike them, but you just can’t. Each of these characters will touch you in some way.
Even If It Hurts is a beautiful, emotional MUST READ!

Dirty Sweet Valentine is the perfect Valentine’s Day collection for anyone who loves Laurelin Paige’s stories. This collection is STEAMY, sweet and pure FIRE. It is a collection of 4 short stories and each of them will have you fanning yourself from the very first page to the very last.
Dirty Filthy Valentine is more Donovan and Sabrina, who are probably one of the top Laurelin Paige couples. Their chemistry continues to explode off the pages even after all these years. Donovan and Sabrina celebrate Valentine’s Day in way that is completely perfect for them.
Filthy Valentine Fix is Nathan and Trish were previously introduced in Dirty Filthy Fix and they are a great crossover of the two different worlds. Their story is romantic in a way that may seem odd to people, but it is so perfect for these two.
Dirty Sweet Valentine are two newer Laurelin Paige characters, though Amelia was a secondary character in the Dirty Sweet Duet. I loved this story and completely fell in love with the little tease we got of Amelia and Harrington. I truly hope there is more of them in future.
Cherry Popper was a super fun and sweet novella. Chase and Kira were two loveable characters and I couldn’t get enough of them.
If you’re looking for a collection of short stories that range from super STEAMY to sweet this is one collection you’ll want to check out.

Lym Cruz is a new to me author and I can say that after reading this book I will be reading more!
Flawed was unexpected in the best way possible. I DEVOURED this story. I loved every single moment of it. I was completely sucked into the story and to Andrew and Melissa’s connection.
Andrew came across as kind of a jerk in the beginning. Big shot family lawyer, spoiled rich kid type of vibe. I was all for Melissa not wanting to talk to him, because well, who would. But, I warmed up to him throughout the story. He wasn’t like I expected, he was really just trying to keep his family happy and doing what was expected of him, even if it wasn’t his true passion in life.
Melissa. I LOVED her. Her past was truly heartbreaking but she is a fighter. She has moved to a new country, made new friends and has worked hard when it came to school. It’s been six years since the night that forever changed her life and she will never forget the man who saved her.
Andrew and Melissa had great chemistry. Their story is tragically beautiful and imperfectly perfect. They had so many ups and downs, it wasn’t always easy but I couldn’t help but love these two.
Flawed is a MUST READ. This is one book you really just need to experience for yourself. I can’t wait for more of this series.

This is the first book I read by Mika Jolie and it won’t be my last. I love the friends to lovers trope and add in a single father. Its perfect.
When Lucas’s friends bring up that he should have a fake fiancé in order to keep custody of his daughter from his ex-wife he isn’t a fan of the idea, but he didn’t get much of a choice. Though, what happens when you truly have feelings for your fake fiancé who also happens to be your friend and your best friends sister?
I enjoyed every single minute of this story, it is told primarily through Lucas’s point of view, but throughout the story you do get Kate’s views from her blog posts. Lucas is super sweet, his love for his daughter is strong. Kate is sweet, she cares about her friends and her family. She would do anything for them.
This story was sweet, a little bit of drama when it comes to the ex-wife, it was sexy and overall a great friends to lovers romance.

Just Getting Started is a perfect addition to the Fair Lakes series and I loved Gabby and Chase’s story so much! It was sweet, beautiful and emotional.
Chase comes across as a player, especially if you ask Gabby, however, he knows what he wants and will do anything he can to get her. Even if that means torturing himself and letting her live with him. Gabby can be stubborn and she has walls up to protect herself, but the moment those walls come down there is no denying her feelings.
I love the banter between Chase and Gabby. Everything with them felt so natural. I loved how they played off each other a lot of the time and it just added to their overall connection.
There were times I thought Gabby was going to freak out and run, but she didn’t. She stayed, she was even more supportive of Chase and wanted to do everything she could to help him. It made their connection and their relationship even stronger.
Just Getting Started is the second book in a series, however, it can easily be read as a standalone, but I would highly recommend reading It’s Not Over for some extra background details. This story was a MUST READ for me!

This book was emotional, it was beautiful, it was about forgiveness and moving on but not forgetting.
It is hard to write this review and put this book into words. Honestly, I didn’t read this blurb and had no idea what to expect when I started this book. It was an emotional rollercoaster that I didn’t want to end. It broke my heart, but put it back together. It was truly a beautiful story.
My heart broke for Aaron and the tragedy he experienced and that he struggled to move on with his life. Faith was unexpected in so many ways, she blew into his life and helped him in more ways than he could have ever realized. They both struggled when it came to their feelings towards one another. Aaron wanted Faith but anytime they become close he instantly felt guilty. Faith wanted Aaron, but the hot and cold feelings she kept getting was too much for her to deal with.
This story is one that I know will stick with me for a while. Just Breathe Again is a MUST READ emotionally beautiful story.

If you are looking for an ultra steamy, quick, professor/student this is one for you!
Kinley Cole packs the heat in this short story and I couldn’t get enough! Remi is being bullied by a fellow student and Professor Whitaker feels the need to protect her, to keep her safe, if Remi would let him.
These two are sizzling, their chemistry is of the charts. I was dying for more by the end. I am intrigued by these two and I truly hope we get more of them and their relationship in the future.
