I LOVE Lauren Blakely After Dark. This book packs plenty of HEAT and is all about discovering your fantasies.

Adam and Nina are friends and Neighbors. They share their meals, share interesting facts with each other and just overall enjoy each other’s company. Adam doesn’t do relationships, after his last relationship left him with a bad taste in his mouth. Nina is a boudoir photographer who captures the heat of the moment and chemistry between couples, however, it is not something she has ever experienced for herself. She wants to explore her fantasies, she wants to experience what she photographs with her couples. She writes down her fantasies, think a naughty bucket list. So what happens when her best friend finds this list and wants to give her everything she has ever dreamed over? Will their friendship be able to survive?

Adam and Nina had SO MUCH chemistry, seriously, it was kindle melting hot pretty much the entire story. I loved their friendship and the exploration into something more. The realization that their feelings are so much deeper than either of them thought. Adam is the perfect mix of sweet, caring and hot alpha male. Nina is mature, she knows what she wants and she isn’t afraid to ask for it.

I can’t wait for the next book in the Gift Series. If you’re looking for a great friends to lovers romance that is full of heat this is a MUST READ!

THIS BOOK. I devoured it. I can’t even begin to put words to my emotions. Rumor Has It is amazing, beautiful, heartbreaking and one hell of an emotional rollercoaster!

Mackenzie. I love her. She’s a fighter, she never gave up. She tried to do what she thought was best for everyone, even if it meant it broke her heart in the process. She didn’t have it easy between her horrible classmates, Boone and Reed. So much respect for that woman!

Boone. It has so hard not to love him. He was drawn to Mackenzie and always knew there was something special about her. He didn’t let the rumors around town rule is heart, he knew they weren’t true. My heart broke for him when Mackenzie left. For the pain he experienced.

Reed. Well, I just didn’t like the guy. He was a sneaky little snake who couldn’t get over the past. You’ll understand the dislike when you read this!

I loved Mack and Boone together. They had the chemistry, the connection and despite the years being apart that never seemed to fizzle, even with all the heartbreak and pain between them.

This story completely shattered my heart into a million little pieces, just like every book Leaona has written, but it was slowly mended back together. Grab some tissues, maybe some ice cream and a drink and get comfy because you are in for one emotional rollercoaster of a story.

Whiskey Rebellion is the continuation of Lachlan and Maisyn's story, so if you haven't read book 1: Lies in Ink & Whiskey go do that!

Maisyn feels betrayed by Lachlan, she doesn't easily trust and when she finally did it ended up hurting her. They love each other and Whiskey Rebellion is the emotional roller coaster of them finding their way back to each other, finding trust in each other and admitting their love for each other.

Lachlan has to complete his biggest challenge yet, to get Maisyn back and for her to realize it was him she fell in love with, not his identical twin Lennox.

The rhythm they share is all their own. Listen to it, baby. Feel it in the dark, let it lead you back to me.

Will they find love in each other again and have the happy ending they deserve or has too much damage been done?

I absolutely loved watching the highs and the lows of Lachlan and Maisyn's relationship with each other and the relationship between Lachlan and Maisyn's daughters, Hope and Faith.

This was a beautiful conclusion to this duet! It truly is an emotional roller coaster but it is one that you will not want to end.

Oh Denver Bailey, how the playboy has fallen. I LOVE the Baileys. I think I fall more and more in love with this family with each siblings book, but Denver may just be my favorite. I devoured this story and didn’t want it to end.

Denver inherits his mentors, Chip Dawson, business when he passes. The downside? He has to split the business with Chip’s daughter, Cleo Dawson, a city girl that is pretty clueless when it comes to outdoor adventures in Alaska.

I loved Denver and Cleo. I loved their relationship, it was a very enemies to friends to lovers vibe. Denver has a reputation in town as a playboy, however, there is a reason for it and the man also has a super sweet, romantic side. These two had chemistry and I couldn’t get enough of it. I loved that the entire Bailey clan welcomed Cleo with open arms and made her feel instantly welcome into their family.

This is another MUST READ book in The Baileys series and I can be read as a standalone, however, reading the previous books in the series is 1000% worth it! I can’t wait to see what is in store for the Baileys in Phoenix’s book!

Luci’s Lullaby is another fantastic book by Leaona Luxx. Not only is the cover insanely gorgeous but the story is so beautiful. It is steamy, it’s fully heartbreak, loss, love and everything in between. Definitely have your tissues ready because you will need them!

Alden and Charlee bumped into each other while in high school, and I mean that in the literal sense. Charlee, though two grades ahead of Alden, had a massive crush on him. She would watch him play his guitar and sing down the river. She didn’t think she would ever see the boy she fell in love with again when her family moved away to be closer to her uncle while her mom was battling cancer. Alden knew there was something different, something special about this girl and that he needed to talk to her, only he couldn’t find her at school to do so. As a high school freshman, his life changed forever when tragedy struck.

Now, 13 years later Alden has moved and is playing music and starting to make a name for himself when a girl walks into where he is playing and he has that feeling again. Charlee recognizes Alden instantly but won’t admit to him. The two end up spending the night together, but due to his player ways, they decide maybe it’s best to be friends.

Tragedy strucks Alden’s life again but he gains something just as precious, sweet baby Luci. Luci not only steals Alden’s heart, but also Charlee’s. As the chemistry continues to building between Alden and Charlee and his fame continues to build will they be able to withstand the pressure of a new relationship and all the issues life throws at them?

I also love going back to Cherry grove and getting back in touch with all of my favorites. This book, like all the others, did not disappoint. I always look forward to new books from this author. If you love strong chemistry between characters and emotional stories then this one is definitely for you.

I LOVED this story. I read it all in one sitting. I couldn’t put it down.

Amy is a junior editor. She is amazing at her job, at promoting the good in others. So when one of her best friends is ready to get back into the dating scene, she creates a profile. Only fate has a different idea. Linc is new to the city, he works with Amy. There is a connection between these two from the very start. However, Linc doesn’t do workplace romances.

The chemistry between Amy and Linc is amazing from the start. Their banter is fantastic and will have you swooning and laughing all at the same time. Amy is quirky, smart, hilarious and the woman loves cake. Sign me up to be her best friend! Linc is dreamy. He is smart, hilarious and well read. How can you not love a man like that.

Asking For a Friend is the first book in an all new series and after meeting some of the secondary characters in this story I can’t wait for more of this crew. There is also some cross over from previous stories from Lauren Blakely, which is always amazing to see some characters from the past pop in.

This book is a MUST READ. It was a super fun read that will have you fanning yourself, laughing out loud and swooning from the very start.

I love a good brother’s best friend romance and Strung was AMAZING from the very start. Tegan and Micah were amazing characters that captivated your attention from the start and took you on a wild ride.

Tegan heads to California to visit her older brother, what she doesn’t expect is another man being in his home, naked, with another woman. Micah is a musician, a bar owner, and a player. From the moment Tegan and Micah met there was a connection and there was so much tension.

I LOVED the banter between the two of them. Then how the banter became a friendship, then eventually something more. Tegan and Micah have both been warned numerous times by Tegan’s brother, Alexander, to stay away from each other. However, the heart wants what the heart wants and theirs are drawn to each other.

The secondary characters in this story were also fantastic. I loved Sebastian and the brotherly relationship that him and Micah had. Alexander played a major part in this story and I loved every single moment of him, then there is Tegan’s friend Jamie. I loved her and there is definitely something there between her an Alexander!

Strung was steamy, sweet, full of witty banter and ups and downs when it comes to relationships. I loved every single moment of this story.

I rarely read blurbs for books, but I did for this one and it intrigued me. I couldn’t wait for Duke’s story and this was on emotional ride.

Duke lost his love. He was a shell of a man. Just going through the motions of life. A year after the tragedy that forever changed his life, he runs into the one person he hates, the one person who reminds him most of the loss he experienced. Mallory hasn’t been this close to her home town in years, a place that holds terrible memories. When she runs into Duke, she knows how he feels about her, what she reminds him of. But when the truth finally comes out will that change everything?

Duke and Mallory’s story was forbidden in a sense, but you can’t fight who you love. You can’t fight who makes you feel complete, who makes you feel like you’re living your life again. This story is an emotional slow burn. Their story is broke my heart, but it also mended it back together.

I LOVE THIS BOOK! This review was difficult to write, because it is honestly one book you just need to read for yourself. It is worth a million stars.

Hard Place is the first book of a new series. It has so many tropes that I love (single mom, enemies to lovers, office romance and a fake relationship).

Harper is an amazing heroine. She is a single mom to two twin girls, she is hard working and it is so easy to love her, to root for her. No matter what she always has a good attitude and will make lemonade with lemons. Alex is like an onion, there are many layers to him. He is a CEO, a great brother and uncle, but has a complicated relationship with his father. I feel like there is still more to his character that we don’t know yet and maybe, Alex himself hasn’t discovered.

I love the chemistry between Alex and Harper. There is an instant attraction between them. Harper wants to hate Alex, but the more she gets to know him that becomes difficult. Alex wants more to life, he wants to different from his father, but Harper is his employee and he doesn’t want to risk anything. I love that Alex is willing to help Harper, he would probably do anything for her and even her sweet baby girls.

I devoured this book. I couldn’t put it down. I love the depth of the characters and the story. This is the first book and does end on a cliffhanger. I can’t wait for the next one and to see where Harper and Alex’s story goes.
