I loved this novella. It was great to revisit JC and Gwen after all these years. This one was HOT HOT HOT! JC and Gwen were never lacking when it came to steaminess and they still aren’t, if anything their chemistry has gotten even hotter. So when the opportunity to visit the exclusive The Open Door they take it.
Gwen is an overwhelmed mother to three boys, she takes the opportunity that The Open Door presents to enjoy some time with her husband, to spice things up a little (not that they really need it). I love that Gwen is so real. She has insecurities. But she also has an ultra swoon-worthy husband in JC. He loves every single thing about his wife, including all her insecurities.
My only wish is that this was longer. I wanted more of The Open Door (which I truly hope makes some more appearances in future books), more JC and Gwen and more of Gwen and Alayna’s friendship. This book is a novella to The Found Duet, however, it is also a great introduction to a fantastic world that Laurelin Paige has created.

Cruce is former secret service and a member of Jameson Force Security. His next job is a favor from the President, from the man whose life he saved. This time his job involves protecting the Presidents niece, Barrett.
This book was packing the heat in more ways than one. Cruce and Barrett are complete opposites but they were not lacking when it came to chemistry. Barrett is stubborn and doesn’t think she needs all the protection her uncle has provided, however, when it comes to Cruce I don’t believe she minds too much.
Code Name: Sentinel is full of the steaminess that I’ve come to love about Sawyer Bennett’s books, but this is full of suspense and throw in a super exotic location and it’s the key to one super steamy romantic suspense story.
I can’t get enough of the Jameson Force Security crew and I can’t wait for more crazy, steamy, suspenseful stories in the future!

I think I am still in shock after reading this book and I don’t know whether I love or should be upset with Kennedy Fox for all the emotions I felt while reading this book.
Sophie and Mason’s story is a SLOW burn, it is full of angst, a wild ride and it was one that I didn’t want to end. I completely fell in love with these two and their story. It was tragic, it was emotional, it was beautiful. This review is difficult to write because it is hard to put my love and my feelings for this book into words. If you’ve read Truly Mine you know exactly where this one is going to pick up.
Truly Yours starts off right where things left off in Truly Mine and let’s just say it will have you on the edge of your seat from the start and it just continues from there. It is one thing after another and I truly felt for Sophie for what she has experienced, but for Mason, too.
The bromance between Mason, Hunter and Liam is hands down one of my favorite things. These guys are close and will do anything for each other and this story proved that. The sisterly bond between Lennon, Sophie and Maddie is also fantastic. I love their entire group dynamic. Their interactions at times and their joking brought some much needed lightness to the story.
This duet deals with a heavy subject matter, but despite all the darkness to it there is so much love. It gives you hope. I am truly in awe of this story, of Sophie and of Mason. Kennedy Fox wrote a masterpiece when it came to this Sophie and Mason’s story. This is a MUST READ duet!

It’s time to head back to Jackson Harbor, this time it’s not for the Jackson brothers, but it’s for the only Jackson sister, Shayleigh. I have been waiting this book and her story since we first met her. I loved everything about her and Easton’s story. Their story is one that expands years and years and timing that never truly worked out.
There was so much complications, baggage and emotions between Easton and Shay. Their story was an angsty, slow burn. It was emotional, it was beautiful. It was full of heartache and love. There is no denying their chemistry was through the roof and seemed to only grow throughout the years.
I loved the flashbacks throughout this story, it was nice to see the entire Jackson family at different stages throughout the years. In the previous stories we heard stories, but it was nice to get these flashbacks.
I love Jackson Harbor, I love the Jackson family and I love all the other books in this series, but Shay’s may be my favorite. Her story was full of so much pain, heartbreak but also there is so much love and family in this. Her story proves that family is so so so much more than blood.
If you haven’t met the Jackson family you should. Each book can be read as a standalone but they are all MUST READS!

I have been waiting for Carina and Ian’s story since, well, I first found out they were getting one. Another DOES NOT disappoint. It is steamy, sweet, romantic, and just pure perfection from the start.
I LOVE Carina. She is a woman in a man’s world. She is hard working and could work circles around all those guys. It was always just her and her father, plus her four totally awesome aunts who set her up on a blind date that forever changed the course of her life. Ian, what is not to love about him? One, he is HOT. Two, daddy Ian (that is all you need to know). Three, he is so sweet! I love that he is willing to do anything for Carina. He is the ULTIMATE book boyfriend and will have you fanning yourself and swooning all at the same time.
Ian and Carina’s chemistry is off the charts from the moment they meet. Even after their initial meeting the chemistry is fantastic and when you add in the banter? I LOVE it. I couldn’t get enough of these two. I devoured this book in a matter of hours because I just couldn’t stop reading. There is also some drama throughout the story, but who doesn’t love a little drama? If you’ve read any other the other books in the Voyeur world you’ll recognize a few of the secondary characters that pop up and I was super excited for that, if you haven’t read them you can still enjoy Carina and Ian’s story without any issues.
Another is a FANTASTIC, STEAMY, and SWEET romance story with a ultra swoon-worthy baby daddy and a pretty awesome heroine. This is a MUST READ and one of my FAVORITE books of 2019.

Jenny is best friends with Nate’s little sister, Natalie. What’s one thing he shouldn’t do? Be attracted to her, but that’s not the case.
Jenny doesn’t have the best history when it comes to relationships. She is self-conscious when it comes to her diabetes, especially after her ex made her feel terrible for having a disease she can’t control. She is the girl who doesn’t does one night stands, she wants commitment and a relationship. However, she gives in to her crush on Nate Reynolds and has a one night stand, but that wasn’t enough for either of them.
I loved watching their relationship change from that one night stand, to becoming close friends to eventually admitting their feelings and becoming lovers. Nate never made Jenny feel uncomfortable when it came to her diabetes, if anything he encouraged her and helped her gain some confidence in herself.
I loved this story so much. Tatum stole the show though, that girl is full of wisdom, especially when it comes to providing love and relationship advice to her Uncle Nate. This story is heartwarming and a perfect spring time read.

After reading Passion on Park Avenue I was eagerly awaiting book two of the series and Claire’s story. Love on Lexington Avenue was fantastic from start to finish.
Claire just turned 35 and she wants more than just a vanilla cupcake in her life. Scott is the contractor Claire hired to redo her brownstone. He is accomplished and hardworking and definitely has his own opinions when it comes to the renovations. Claire and Scott couldn’t be more different from each other, but I loved their relationship so much. Their chemistry and banter were great throughout.
The thing I loved most about this story is the friendship between Claire, Naomi and Audrey. I loved it from the start, but I felt in this book there was more of it and more time to really see the bond they formed.

The North and Knight families are back and there are more and more secrets than ever. The connection between Jax and Emma continues to grow, their chemistry continues despite the threat of the families.
Emma and Jax have escaped to Maine and to the Castle. Jax is still trying to figure out what really happened to his brother and Emma is trying to figure out if her family was truly involved. Some things come to light, but if more secrets are revealed will their relationship be able to handle the truth?
I loved that we got so much of Jax and Emma together, of their relationship and of their hopes for the future in this book. I devoured this one and loved every single twist and turn from the very beginning.
After that bombshell of a cliffhanger I can’t wait to see where this story ends and for the wild ride I know it will take me on.

It’s no secret that I love Blue Beech and pretty much everyone in that town. Just Roommates added to my love of the town and the people who live in it.
Sierra starts sneaking into Maliki’s bar when she is 18, of course, he turns her down and continues to do so throughout the years. I loved the back and forth banter and flirtation they had. However, once Sierra is finally 21, Maliki’s thoughts of friendship with her change. They become closer. They are both special to each other, they both old special places in each other’s lives. They run to each other for support. But things change, there is a wedge between them. But when Sierra needs a place to go, Maliki opens his doors and they become roommates.
I loved Sierra and Maliki’s relationship and their chemistry from the very first page and continued to fall in love with them throughout the story. Sierra is more than just the mayor’s daughter and the pageant princess. She’s hard working, but she has also been hurt in the past when it comes to relationships. Maliki, he’s the bar owner, the boy from the wrong side of the tracks, the one who doesn’t do relationships. This was a slow burn, but so worth it. There were a few bumps in the road they had to overcome throughout the story.
I loved getting some repeat visits from some of the previous characters *cough* Dallas *cough* and some introduction into some new potential characters for future stories. I hope there are more books in the Blue Beech series because I am truly not ready to leave this town yet.
