I have been looking forward to Riley and Bianca’s story for a while and this DID NOT disappoint. It was everything I could have asked for and more.

Riley and Bianca dated once in their twenties, but when someone from Riley’s past came back into his life their relationship change and they went from dating to more of enemies with benefits. They saw each other frequently, due to their mutual friends, but it usually ending up in them fighting with one another.

There is no denying that Riley and Bianca have INSANE chemistry together. They are truly meant to be together, but their past and their history is holding them, mostly Bianca. Riley will do anything to protect Bianca, the girl he never stopped loving. Their story is a wild ride and it was a ride I never wanted to end. I loved their story from the very first word to the very last word.

Her Submission is the conclusion to Gabe and Abbie’s story and picks out where we left them in His Demand. You NEED to read book one before reading this one to get the full story. This is not a standalone.

There is no shortage of suspense, drama and HOT scenes throughout this book. Gabe and Abbie’s relationship continues to form and grow, though they are still keeping secrets from one another that is holding them back.

Gabe and Abbie’s story had me hooked from the very beginning. I’ve been dying to know their secrets since the beginning and when Gabe FINALLY confused about KM I was SHOCKED, it wasn’t what I expected at all. Their story was a rollercoaster and despite the millions of questions I had they were all answered and I loved how the story turned out.

The sweet, serial killer of a dog Dexter absolutely stole my heart though. I loved him and everything he truly added to the story. He was such a significant part of Gabe and Abbie’s relationship and I LOVE that there was so much of him throughout this story. You could feel the love Gabe and Abbie had for him and that he was truly a child to them.

This is another FANTASTIC duet from Lisa Renee Jones and one that I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

This story BLEW MY MIND. It was dark, it was twisted, it was steamy, it was full of hope. I was completely hooked from the very first word.
Willow is a fighter, she is a survivor and she is one badass female. Saint, oh Saint, I truly hated to love him so much. He is a man just trying to survive. He is just doing his job and Willow is the means to an end for him. She is the light at the end of his tunnel. Unfortunately, that tunnel was follow of a lot of detours and struggles. Willow did not make it easy for him.

My heart broke for Willow’s past, but I loved that she didn’t let it hold her back in life. She used to become stronger. My heart also broke for Saint after learning why he is part of Willow’s kidnapping, it was really hard to dislike him after that, not that I ever truly disliked the man.

Monica really took you on a wild ride with this story from the kidnapping, to being shipwrecked on a deserted island, to one hell of a cliffhanger ending. I can’t wait until the second book comes out and to be back in this sick and twisted world.

This story is one of my favorite books of 2019 and a MUST READ for any fan of dark romances.

This isn’t my first book by Meghan Quinn and it definitely won’t be my last. I loved this book and was reading to go visit Port Snow, Maine. She painted such a vivid picture of a beautiful, small town and all it’s little shops I could picture it in my mind and it was perfect.

Not only is the town pretty much perfect, but it is also home to the Knightly brothers unfortunately to the rest of the town those brothers are cursed and should be avoided at all costs. When Ren crashes into the Port Snow, and I mean literally crashes, she quickly strikes up a friendship with the volunteer firefighter who saves her. Gavin has had his heart broken, he didn’t want a relationship, he believed so strongly in the curse placed upon him and his brothers while on a trip to New Orleans, but there was no denying the chemistry between him and Ren. Plus, his families meddling ways. Will Gavin continue to let the Knightly brothers curse control his life or will he follow his heart?

I loved Ren and Gavin’s easy-going friendship, turned relationship, or semi-relationship. Their chemistry was amazing and everyone could see it. The ENTIRE Knightly family was AMAZING. I want to sign up to be an honorary sibling. Each brother had something different, plus their sister Jen was great and their parents were hilarious, loving and supportive of all their children.

I can’t wait to return back to Port Snow and to get more of the INSANELY gorgeous Knightly brothers.

This book was so much more than what I expected. It was truly unexpected and HANDS DOWN the best book I have read of 2019. It truly deserves WAY more than 5 stars because it is that AMAZING.

First off, the cover is seriously hot! But it is the story behind that cover that is so amazing, fantastic and any other adjective that you can think of. This is a new series, so you don’t have to read the Sinners of Saint books to follow the story line, but it does give you some background into the kids parents.

Daria Followhill is queen bee, little miss popular, captain of the cheer squad but life isn’t also so perfect. Penn Scully is the boy from the wrong side of the tracks, has to work hard to make a better life for himself. Daria and Penn together are explosive, tragic, beautiful, and so so so much more. Both their characters are so complex and so deep. My heart broke for the both of them individually, but as the story went on it was slowly mended.

Daria is truly the girl everyone loves to hate, but she is a fighter. Despite her spoiled princess attitude, she has true insecurities she struggles with and you can feel those as you read it. You feel her pain and her struggles. I found myself routing for her to have the happy ending she truly deserved. Penn struggles between protecting his family and protecting the girl he has had his eyes on since he was 14, he doesn’t always do the right then, but he knows his mistakes and when he finally realizes he becomes a totally different person.

This story was unexpected in the best way possible. It was full of angst, love, drama, insecurities, secrets and truths. I could not put this book down and I can’t wait to see what is next for the totholes. Until the next release I may be suffering from PPSD (Post-Penn Scully Disorder).

Olivia Boothe is a new to me author and quickly became an author that I will continue to read! I was completely hooked on this story from the very beginning.

Sara and Tom are two damaged souls who were drawn to each other, who saw the pain and hurt behind their walls and slowly broke those walls down and found something they had both originally given up on with each other. Their road was not easy and was emotional. Despite the rocky road of their relationship, they had an instant connection. From the first moment they ran into each other they couldn’t forget the one another.

This story was so much more than I expected. The tragedy that Sara had experienced and the lasting guilt was heartbreaking. The pain, loss and emotions Tom had experienced had me wanting to go through my kindle and give the man a hug. I love that they found each other and were able to slowly help each other.

I couldn’t put this book down. The story had me hooked. I was invested in the characters and had to know what was going to happen next for Sara and Tom. The descriptions of the scenes were beautifully written and painted such a vivid detail in my mind. The growth in both characters, especially with Sara, from the very beginning to the end was strong.

The secondary characters were interesting, I am definitely intrigued by them, especially Tom’s business partner and best friend, Jake. Sara’s roommate Jen was interesting and played a major part in Sara’s life, she really was more like a sister to her than anything. Tom’s personal assistant and friend, Tiffany, was someone I just loved to hate. I felt that there is so much to her that we don’t know.

I truly cannot wait for the second book to get more of all these characters and their stories! This book is a MUST READ for me and definitely one I would highly recommend to anyone who loves contemporary romance.

This book will have you believing in love, it will be having you believe in second chances and it will teach you to never give up on love.

I fell in love with Lila and Thayer’s story from the moment I started it and I kept falling deeper and deeper for these two. This story spans across a ten-year time period and during that time Thayer doesn’t ever once give up on Lila. He so easily could have given up on her, finished his college career and law school, but he never once stopped. He wasn’t going to stop looking, to stop finding the girl that stole his heart at 19 years old.

Lila is strong and at times she didn’t even realize how strong she truly is. After going to live with her grandparents after a tragedy, she meets the ever-persistent Thayer. Of course, that summer with Thayer forever changed her life and the life of her grandparents who took her in. Despite the hardship and struggles she didn’t let that get her down, she worked hard for herself and her family to provide the best life possible. She would do anything in her power to protect her family. Thayer was so much different than I expected. His grandfather came from money and seemed to control the money for the rest of the family. He wasn’t a spoiled, stuck up rich kid like you would assume, but he was a man who stayed true to himself, to his morals. He kept his promises and he followed his heart to get what he truly wants in life. Not to mention, the man is totally swoon worthy!

This story was a beautifully written, second chance romance that was well deserved and full of so much love, hope and promises. This book truly deserves more than 5 stars and is a MUST READ of 2019.

Falling for the Beast is the continuation of Erin and Blake’s story. You must read Beauty and the Professor first or else you will be jumping into the middle of a story and be missing a lot of important aspects to their story.

I loved the start of their story in book 1, but book 2 BLEW it out of the water. Falling for the Beast was emotional, it was beautiful and it was HOT!

Blake continues to feel that he is too old for Erin, that she shouldn’t be with a man like him. Erin continues to feel like she isn’t enough for Blake, her insecurities continue to get the best of her. Of course, a little visit to Blake’s family doesn’t help Erin, but Blake being the amazing man he is, was there for her.

This was an amazing conclusion and provided the perfect ending to Blake and Erin’s story. This duet was beautifully written, steamy and full of emotion. A MUST READ for anyone who loves a true modern fairytale.

I have been waiting for this story for FOREVER and it did not disappoint. Lacey is hands down on of my favorite characters in this series. The girl is sassy, she is feisty, but she is also a girl who just wants to find her happiness. She hides behind the walls she has built to protect her heart from pain and heartache. Nico is just the man to break down those walls.

Nico and Lacey’s relationship first began in the book 3, Ballers with Benefits, and from there we got little bits and pieces of their relationship but it was enough to fall in the love with them. So, naturally this book gives us more of their history together. I LOVED the flashbacks we got throughout the course of the last 3 years of their relationship together.

We got the amazing flashbacks, but the present with Hulk and Blondie was just as amazing. This story was emotional and it was probably the steamiest out of the previous books, I mean the mouth on Nico! You may need to fan yourself. Make sure the tissues are reading because there are few times where you will definitely be needed them! There’s a couple completely swoon worthy scenes and a few times where I may have wanted to throat punch Nico and a couple other characters (if you’ve read it you probably know the two people I am referring to).

Nico and Lacey have some of the best chemistry I have ever read. These two are SO perfect for each other. Despite their rollercoaster of a relationship they have so much love for each other, their chemistry is hot enough to melt your kindle, and I love every single thing about them.

I’ve completely fallen for the Gavinwood/Turner/Johnson crew. This ENTIRE series is a MUST READ!!! It is so much more than just a sports romance! There is a surprise at the end and I CANNOT WAIT for what is coming next!
