What a book!!!

This was an incredible YA mystery/thriller following Sariyah through the events that led up to and after her friend Deja’s disappearance.
She’s determined not to let her become another statistic amongst the string of black girls who’ve gone missing, including her other friend 5 years prior.

On top of this, Sariyah has a “gift” of knowing what people need and needs to fulfil these needs to gain any semblance of peace.

As she tries to track down clues because she knows they can’t rely on the police, she begins to uncover more secrets.

This was such a thrilling book and it left me with goosebumps! A great balance of plot and characters. This book will be one that stays with me for ages to come!
