I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook! Listening to Jes was like listening to a friend who hypes me up and curses a lot(which is my favorite type of friend). I've come a long way in terms of loving myself inside and out and this delightfully inspiring book made me edge even closer to total body love. I hope to get there someday.

This is quite a remarkable true story and a reminder of the beauty that can exist within tragedy. The story was great, but the writing itself was lacking something.

This was a wonderful sequel! Sunny's story is uniquely magical!

This novel is definitely going to be one of my favorites from 2019! I loved all of the characters, the setting, the magic, the angst, and the adventures! It made me laugh, cry and my heart ache! I didn't want it to end! I can't wait to read book 2!

This was just so fantastical!

A very short read, but a very powerful one!

This trilogy was so spectacular!

The whole time I was reading this book I was on pins and needles in anticipation of finding out what happened to Monday. When we finally find out my stomach dropped in horror and disbelief. This novel was heartbreaking and powerful. It was a thriller, but also a coming of age story, and also a societal critique about community and why it's important to know your neighbors and why it can be necessary to be all up in someone's business if you're worried about them. This is one I will be thinking about for a long time. Highly recommend.

It's been too long since I've read a book written in verse and I also forgot how much power is within so few words when a story is told that way. I loved this heart wrenching tale that has one questioning the point of "the rules" along with the main character. Who really benefits from "the rules"?
