This was an inspiring and eye-opening read! However I only gave it 4 stars because 1.) It was definitely in need of more editing, and 2.) It was too short! I need more!

This series is one of my new favorites! I will be impatiently waiting for the conclusion!

This story was spooky, but also very fun and heartfelt! I would definitely recommend this to those who want a creepy read, but not too creepy or grotesque.

If Mean Girls, The Exorcist, and Beaches had an 80's baby it would be this book! I loved this super creepy, yet surprisingly heartfelt story! I highly recommend it! Definitely one of my favorite reads of the year!

I thought I had the twist figured out, but nope and I am so glad the author didn't go in the direction I thought she was going to. This was a well crafted thriller that I devoured. The story was made all the more creepy due to the atmospheric setting. All in all I loved it and can't wait to see the film!

This is Joe Hill's first novel and it shows. This is the first novel I've read of his where I felt like the writing and story just wasn't as captivating as his other works. I still enjoyed it and it did creep me out, but you can definitely see how much he's improved since this book was published.
