This is my first time in Sutton Bay, but I will definitely be back to catch up with the other couples. It's the perfect small town setting and every character is so damn lovable. The Sadler family is so fun and they love each other deeply.
The dislike to love gave the best tension. Their chemistry was next level. I love a couple with banter and these two definitely have it. They are both hilarious. This book also brings all the feels. It gets deep and you feel all the emotions.
Booth & Aly are perfect for each other. They bring out the best in each other and push & support each other out of their comfort zones.
Aly is so fierce. Her growth was beautiful. Seeing her realise that letting people in makes you stronger not weaker brought tears to my eyes. Booth uses humour to deflect from the fact that he's lost his spark and Aly helps him to reignite his dreams.
I also loved that we get a couple who are kid free by choice.

I read this book in 2 sittings, and I cannot wait to go back and read book 1. It was such a great read. I don't know who I loved more, because Tommy and Chuck are both so damn lovable and they are so cute together. Both characters had baggage, and they felt so real.
The progression from friends to lovers was so sweet but the tension added some spice. I loved that Tommy wasn't that phased by the realisation that he was into his best friend. The bisexual awakening was done really well and the support he got was beautiful.
If you know me, you know I love found family, and this one was perfect. The way they all rallied to offer support and love even when Chuck was trying to hide melted my heart. I adored the way they were all rooting for Tommy on his quest to understand and prove his feelings for Chuck.
Chuck's depression was written well and was great representation. I felt every emotion along with him and it was so heartbreaking. It also deals with the side effects of SSRIs and how they affect your life.
The perfect sweet and spicy romance with some added emotional depth.

This is such a great series. There are so many lovable characters, and the balance between Nikki's personal life and her job is done perfectly. It's so nice to see a lead agent with a loving family. Her team is fantastic too.
As always, the case had me hooked. There were plenty of twists and turns which made it impossible to put the book down. I hadn't guessed who the killer was and there were some heartbreaking secrets revealed.
It can be read as a standalone, but every book in this series is fantastic, so highly recommend reading them in order.

This is a super sweet romance with the added depth of grief, healing, and finding yourself. It was so beautiful to see Grace start to heal, forgive herself, and learn who she is without the influence of others. She was so much stronger than she gave herself credit for.
Caleb is a golden retriever single dad, and the chemistry was there from the start. Noelle is so freaking adorable and I loved her relationship with Grace. There are so many fun side characters, and the small town is the perfect setting. I really liked the work they did with the shelter.
The whole thing moves fast though. It did feel insta love but I also found the time jumps confusing. I struggled to get my head around the time frame.
The third act conflict added some drama, but I thought the forgiveness was given way too quickly. They barely had a conversation, just one sentence, and they were fixed. The end was super adorable though.
