A road trip to Lake Tahoe, a massive blizzard, a big dog and two passengers harboring old resentments and undeniable attraction for each other. Max and Rory had so much chemistry. For a quick novella, I felt like we got enough backstory and emotional background that we root for them to come clean, make amends and start fresh with each other. I don’t know if I enjoyed this even more because these characters were in
A snowed in bachelor/bachelorette weekend reunites two long lost lovers. A fun second chance romance that takes us from an awkward first encounter to sizzling heat. Loved the secondary cast in this one and of course the snowed in together aspect always ends up being romantic and steamy!
This was such a heartwarming read! Ivy Perkins buys an old farmhouse on the heels of her divorce. When going through the items left behind by the previous owner she finds a Santa suit with a letter from a little girl in the pocket. Her curiosity piqued, she sets off in search of the writer. In the process, Ivy finds herself not only making connections with her new neighbors but also discovers the flame of attraction stirring with her real estate agent.
I loved the characters in this story - each one touched my heart. This community was Hallmark movie worthy and I could totally see why Ivy fell in love with all of it. I wish we had gotten a bit more but this is a novella so it’s fast moving and brief but it’s 100% full of charm, heart and a touch of romance. Unexpectedly, the romance was not my favorite aspect of the book. I loved the friendships and connections made and the story behind the letter found in the suit.If you’re looking for a heartfelt, cozy read - grab this one!

An arranged marriage/business deal to save two companies. I love a good fake fiancé story and this one does not disappoint! Loved the family back stories, the Christmas company setting and the enemies to lovers vibes. Penny and Will were adorable, futilely trying to fight the sparks between them. I enjoyed their back and forth emails and how good they were for each other. Definitely felt that this book sets the stage for the other two and I loved that we get to see them again in the latter books.
A workplace, enemies to lovers romance and a possible oops baby story all in one. I unfortunately wasn’t as into WB and Joy’s story. I just never felt as connected with him as I did with the men in the other two stories. I did still enjoy this one and am happy I read it, just didn’t love it as much as the other two. If you like number crunching, serious, uptight men - WB is the hero for you. I’ve just seen the type done better and hotter (like in
4.5 ⭐️ Oh Sam! What is it about a big hearted, damaged ex-Marine that is just so damn endearing and sexy? This book was my standout favorite and the couple I loved the most. There was an emotional backstory here that really made me root for them, and Sam in particular, to have their HEA. Plus, this was by far the steamiest one in my opinion. The moments between Sam and Sophie were
3.5 ⭐️ Cute YA holiday romance but definitely felt a bit long.
3.5 ⭐️ - loved Will but feel like there was more to unpack here especially w/Abbie’s past than a novella’s length could allow.
