4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for this light, easy, feel good romance with witty banter & steam!
Sometimes you just need a quick, feel good read in the midst of a busy and stressful week.

A fun, snarky and relatable read!
Have you ever been a bridesmaid? My core group of friends and I all got married around the same time. We essentially took turns being in each other’s weddings. This book brought me back to that time in my life and let’s just say that I haven’t laughed this hard in awhile with a book. There were moments where I was transported back in time, remembering crazy things that happened bc let’s be real, weddings are stressful as hell.
Lily is a bridesmaid in 5 weddings over a six week period. Bring on the dress shopping, spanx, bachelorette parties and of course the hilarious bridezilla moments. She takes to blogging as an outlet for all the wedding shenanigans. Her blog was supposed to be anonymous and no one was supposed to know or get hurt. Unfortunately, as with most secrets, the blog does not remain hidden. I, on the other hand, am glad we were privy to her blog posts because they were hilarious!
This book has so much wedding drama, snark, heart and romance. I adored Alex - he was just such a kind hearted, good guy. Their romance was sweet and I wish we had even more of it. For the Love of Friends proved to be a fun, summer read! I’m already looking forward to book 2 which will center around Lily’s very amusing grandma.

Hitchhikers, a desolate country road, a highway killer and missing young women!
This is a well written thriller with an opening prologue that instantly grabs you!

A character driven mystery-thriller w/neighbors behaving badly, secrets, suspicion, cover-ups and murder!
Hollow’s Edge looks like an idyllic, close knit community. Until murder comes knocking on their doors! This might be my fave Megan Miranda to date (

A beautiful and tragic second chance romance
Eva and Shane fell in love twenty years ago over 7 crazy days. Life and circumstances have kept them apart since but neither was able to completely let go of the strong emotions they felt for the other. Both became writers and have secretly been writing about each other in their books for years.
Suddenly, Shane reappears in Eva’s life, determined to reconnect. Told in a dual timeline, we get Eva and Shane’s past and present story. It’s dark, messy, filled with dysfunction and harmful behavior but it’s also tragic, emotional and beautiful. Both characters are flawed, damaged and authentic.
Tia Williams tackles a lot in this book. Eva suffers from an “invisible” chronic illness with debilitating migraines which have shaped her life and her interactions. This was told with such honesty and sensitivity - I love how it was handled. There are also aspects of child neglect, drug and alcohol abuse, self harm, attempted suicide, and mental illness explored. Eva and Shane dealt with a lot in their younger lives and I couldn’t help but root for them to find happiness with each other.
If you enjoy an emotional second chance love story about overcoming trauma, facing demons a with steam - I highly recommend Seven Days in June.

This book basically highlights how badass Celaena Sardothien is! She might be the King’s assassin but that doesn’t mean she won’t do things her way. This book essentially broke my heart, revealed some huge secrets amd major plot twists and challenged loyalties all around! Lots of action and an ending that left me wanting to instantly grab the next book.
