Okay… Lyssa Kay Adams has done it again. Have I found a new favorite author? Quite possibly.

I LOVED Bromance Book Club, and I think I like this one equally, if not MORE!

I’ll be honest, Braden Mack was my least favorite character in The Bromance Book Club, simply because he was an entitled asshole.

But, I think he may be one of my new favorite characters in this series… along with Liv.

Liv and I have so much in common, which is why I think I liked this book so much. I relate to her and we have a similar personality.

This book was laugh-out-loud funny, steamy, and empowering to women. There’s so much I want to say about this book, but I have a word limit here.

Phenomenal. 10/10 recommend!

I definitely enjoyed this more than I thought I would. The only negative thing I have to say was that sometimes it felt like a chore to read? Like some parts were just extremely unnecessary. But other than that, it was a cute book and I look forward to reading the rest of the trilogy!

What a LOVELY book!

I loved Felix's character SO dang much and his character development is phenomenal.

Not only is this just a really lovely and heartfelt story, it's also low-key educational. There are gender identities discussed in this book that I didn't even know existed! I felt a lot more educated after finishing and I'm going to make it a goal to educate myself further on the various gender identities.

I think Kacen Callender did such a lovely job writing this book. The writing is not only beautiful, but the story itself is beautiful as well. Their writing is just... *chef's kiss*

I removed a half-star because I kind of didn't like the ending. I don't want to give away any spoilers, so all I'm going to say is that I typically like enemies to lovers more than friends to lovers. If you've read this one, that should be enough to explain why I wasn't a hug fan of the ending.

Overall, such a magical book. 10/10 recommend!

I was a bit nervous to read this one because I've heard amazing things, but I was a bit skeptical. But, it definitely lived up to the hype. 100000%.

This book is kind of like a ~grown-up~ version of The Book Thief. I realize I JUST read The Book Thief earlier this year, so changing my favorite books in the span of months might sound crazy, but here it goes: The Nightingale is my favorite book I've ever read. Hand's down.

It's definitely a thick book and took a few days to read, but every page is amazing and there's not one part of the story that I wish had been different. Although it made me cry *several* times, it was such an extraordinary story.

I loved EVERY SINGLE character (except for the Nazis, of course). All of the characters had such great character development, even the ones who didn't get a happy ending to their story.

Isabelle, Vianne, and their papa, Julien, are easily my favorite fictional family. Even though their individual stories AND their family stories are absolutely tragic, there's still something about them that makes me happy in a bitter-sweet way.

I will recommend this book until the day I die. Read it NOW.
