Koviye of the Fellamana is an actual sex god. He uses his powers for good, helping heal and satisfy his people. He believes monogamy is impossible...until he meets human Jeni, a General fighting against their common enemy.

Trapped on a sex planet, Jeni is destined to be forever mated to the next person she has sex with, and she wants Koviye but doesn't trust him. And the clock is ticking.

If you enjoy sex planets, space, and sexy times on a SPACE FAINTING COUCH, this book is just entirely right for you. Bananas in the best ways possible, what a treasure!

Natalie broke Quinn's heart. Twice. Now she's back in his life just as he's getting his professional football career back. Just as he's finally two years sober.

But the heart wants what the heart wants, and Quinn can't help but realize Natalie is all he's ever wanted, even if it means he'll need to forgive her and convince her he's worth taking another shot on.

A delicious second chance romance full of so much yearning. I loved how soft Quinn's heart was (but definitely not anything else) and his work on both the field and on his addiction. Therapy! So important!

Natalie was also an inspiring heroine, her integrity as a reporter shining through, even if it had hurt Quinn in the past.

Bonus points for excellent representation of the City of Milwaukee (my home town) and for sexy times on vintage cars!

An excellent end to an exemplary series, but definitely stands alone if you haven't read the others!

I've been saving THE GAME PLAN for a special day, and I finally decided it was time treat myself! And damn. What a treat indeed.

Ethan Dexter is a hero of my dreams, and his giant, tattooed, pierced, body are just a small percentage of what makes him one of my new favorites. The man PAINTS. Paintings of his male friends that he gives them for wedding presents! He shows up, he says what he means, and means what he says, and he's just absolutely bowled over by a woman who is also one of my new favorites.

Besides a brief moment at the break which I felt was out of character for Dex (
Dex punches a wall multiple times and trashes a bunch of his house when he gets angry and believes Fiona took the payout from the tabloid, scaring her AND ME mightily
), this is an absolute perfect romance from start to finish.

I appreciated the discussion of Dex's virginity, why he chose to remain a virgin, and why Fi was the one he was ready to be with. I also appreciated the complete lack of slut-shaming in this story. Fi is most decidedly not a virgin, and that doesn't matter at all. Also for being a football romance, the amount of football to story was just right for me.

I'll definitely be re-reading soon!

CW: violence, discussion of a really bad drunken sexual experience (not rape), public embarrassment of a character due to tabloids

Astro Poets on Twitter is my go-to for all my astrological needs. I'm Sagittarius AF as Alex speaks to my archer on a fundamental level.

This will be a must-have for library zodiac collections. Each section is very thoughtfully laid out with familiar elements but the Astro Poet elan for language and description.

Gabriella Cruz is reluctantly back home to take care of her Grandmother as she recovers from surgery. She never wanted to return like this, with a journalism career that doesn't make her happy, single, and still reeling from the news the man she had a crush on in high school was just released from prison after being wrongfully imprisoned for the murder of her cousin. The man she shared her first kiss with all those years ago, even if she was known as "Flabby Gabby." And it appears the feelings are mutual as she and Cruz are accidentally locked in a closet, trapped together with all those simmering feelings from so long ago.

Super fun and quick read, I enjoyed the unrequited lovers aspect of these two damaged souls who both desperately wanted the other for years but were afraid to say it out loud. I do wish there was more exploration of their feelings for each other outside of the sheer sexual tension, but whatever, I liked it!

Also, make sure to read [b:Beautiful Lawman|35059558|Beautiful Lawman (Devil's Rock, #4)|Sophie Jordan|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1495175657l/35059558._SY75_.jpg|55135962] by Sophie Jordan first, otherwise you may be a little lost about Cruz's back story for being in prison. It is discussed, albeit briefly, so this can stand alone, but the reader will understand him a bit better.

CW for fatphobia, discussion of eating habits, being shamed for eating, on-page sexual assault (Gabriella's ex-brother in law is gross), physical violence (Gabriella's sister slaps her), bullying.

Absolutely delicious and steamy romance between two Olympians at the top of their game. The details of each woman's sport (figure skating and speed skating) paired well with the development of their romance, going from a hot hookup to a HEA for the ages. Absolutely recommend.

Oh, this giant, imposing, and stern man is just getting blown away by the slightly improper and scandalous Lady Margaret. My heart

Literary editor catches her fiancee cheating just days from their wedding and decides to take the Ireland honeymoon she booked as a writing retreat, a chance to finally give herself the time and space to explore her passion project. The cottage she ends up staying in on the wild sea coast puts her in close proximity with a sexy Irish professor who is also striving to complete his work while struggling with his personal issues. Two lonely souls, one delicious escape, until reality comes crowding back in to Tully Cross.

Some spoilers ahead:

A promising debut from an author to watch, but I struggled a bit with the overall arc. I adored Antonia, I loved seeing her take a chance, give her writing a shot, but I wanted her to have maybe had a bit more distance from her failed relationship. I loved Antonia's family, her sister and her mother, and hope maybe they show up in future stories! The descriptions of Ireland and the way Aiden said "Jaysus" were also completely satisfying.

The resolution of the very real issues that broke these two apart felt rushed. There was a lot of internal monologue where the characters talked themselves in to believing the best of the other, and I wanted more action and showing me why. Aiden's daddy-issues back story also didn't really interest me, I just wanted to get back to Antonia.

I'm happy for these two, but I don't know if I was convinced by the end that Aiden deserved her, but I think I just like her so much more as a character. And I mean, Aiden is hot and employed and sweet so, fine. I'm just happy to read about a Black woman finding her happily ever after on her terms.

I also want to point out that Antonia is a Black woman and there were great moments that showed her experience being a Black woman in a super white country, in a super white professional field. In the way her ex-fiancee's parents wanted her to act, wanted her to dress, wanted her to do her hair. All reasons I'm glad she left the dolt behind! He may have also been a secret-sex addict? I don't know, there was a lot going on there that felt a bit unexplored. There were also great conversations between Antonia and the very white Irish Aiden. I say this with the caveat I am reviewing as a white, cis-hetero woman, so please seek out Black reviewers (which I will do too) to see what they are saying.

As a final note, I was not pleased Antonia was able to secure personal contact information, including a HOME ADDRESS, for Aiden from the innkeeper after they broke up. Don't put service people in this situation. They don't know you, I don't care if "you are in love." Not okay. Antonia certainly knew where Aiden was a professor so she easily could have found his school email from the website.

A lovely novella, perfect to bridge the Hidden Legacy series from Nevada and Rogan to Catalina and her arc! I loved getting a chapter in Nevada and Rogan's POV, then switching over to Catalina. The mystery was fun, and just fraught enough to be high stakes, but nothing where it threatened the loves of my heart's wedding for real. I'm so very interested to see Catalina's journey, cannot wait for Sapphire Flames!
