W O W. This was a ride. I can see this being taught as a classic in schools one day. Dark, reflective, and insightful for sure. I saw that the story has been sold to Paramount, and I will be first in line for whatever adaption they decide to make!

My first read of 2022 starts off with a bang!
This book was much more than I thought it would be, the author goes into deep but digestible detail about the subject matter, and I learned sooooo much! There's some terms I wrote down while reading which I don't do often when reading non-fiction.
The only thing that didn't work for me was the religion section, I don't feel like it added to the overall narrative of the book.
This book has for sure inspired me to engage with strangers more, and how to do so! Highly recommend.
