This was a perfectly cute and fine graphic novel. Love the art style, loved some of the reflective quotes about life as well. Other than that, not super memorable for me. I think the discussions of AI and its impact on society could have gone much further. Also thought the romance plot at the end was kind of meh.

Quite the fun ride this graphic novel! Really enjoyed all these characters and the lessons they managed to fit into a short story. You have to suspend disbelief a little bit for the story to make sense, but it was still fun. This would make a great novel.

This was unexpected! Really enjoyed the combination of online gaming, politics, and in game economics, it’s something that not a lot of people know about! The story itself was easy enough to comprehend, while still having a great build up and conclusion. Art style was gorgeous as well! Great graphic novel.

This was a quick and WILD ride. Two teens have the same power, how can they use it to make things right? I thought, like with many graphic novels this length, this could have been made to be MUCH longer, I would have loved more of every aspect of the story. The art style was great and really fit the mood. I wish I could know these characters better! I don't really understand why Saudade left though? It kind of came out of no where, and oh my GOD the finger in the door, no thanks!!! But overall, a quick and enjoyable read.

Super quick read. I liked the art! The story happened SO fast and felt like the main plot point didn’t matter because a new app replaced the old one so everyone is still addicted to ratings so like???? all that seemed like it was for nothing which was disappointing.

A wonderfully inspiring story about growing up with a less than normal childhood. The author tells the story about how addiction was apart of their family through illustrations that really set the tone for the whole book. I also found the pacing really well done. I feel like I know the author so much better, and am happy to have picked this up on a whim!

Firstly, the art of this book is PHENOMENAL. really captured the vibe of the story. I really enjoyed this, from the found family aspects, to the family drama, set against the backdrop of LA, really worked for me! Maybe wish there was more of a climax to the story, maybe even a cliffhanger for a second volume? Either way, this was quite the feat for a book and the author should be very proud!
