This is a beautifully written book that highlights how religion and tradition can brain wash and oppress in the most absurd ways. It explores religion, relationships and abuse. Short and concise with poignancy that comes at me sideways and infuriates. Women oppressing women in the name of culture, tradition and religion will always be a hill I want destroyed, erased!!! Another thing that will be the death of me is women being constantly scapegoated and held responsible for the short comings of their male counterparts (mad offensive)!!! 

I am devastated and offended by the women (Farieda and Ezrah)in this book for letting life happen to them in the most upsetting ways. Yes I do sympathize with how they have been raised and shaped and also mindful that is why they turned out how they turned

The 1st 3rd of the book was slow maybe ut was intentional but almost gave up on book.
Get passed that it gets better
Ability to spin a week into decades of hurt is mindblowing

Topics covered are quite heavy
Cringey sex scenes
The abuse was heartbreaking
Change in character was abrupt and blurred. Took a while to get whose point of view.  Otherwise I liked the book

more intereting things happened in this book, basically helped bring the whole trilogy full circa. it was a page turner and the plot twist on the third amplifier was good an unexpected. my mind was quite blown by that. its the book that kind of explained some of the questions i had throughout the other 2 books. the story was quite gripping.

the book was slower than it could have been, may have been done on purpose to thoroughly introduce and build the characters as well as reveal the plot. had a lot of questions by the end of this bookmthat hopefully will be answered in the following books. interesting storyline is what will keep me around, i am invested in how this whole thing plays out.
