Juliet was a fantastic MC. I adored her relationships with her brother, Lil'Melvin, and cousin, Ava, and loved how she was so curious to learn about herself and her communities. I would have liked more of her romance with Kira as she was such a good character. Most of the other characters annoyed me, with Harlow being unbearable from the start.
I loved the writing style though. There were so many funny moments along with some really important messages. Will definitely read more from Rivera.

I adored this! There was suspense, tension, heartbreak and hope but the boys finally got the ending they deserved.

I was convinced HappyHead was gonna be some messed up conversion camp but it ended up being messed up in a completely different way that I wasn't expecting. I can see the Hunger Games vibes but it also had a Handmaid's Tale/Squid Games feel to it too. I love Seb and Finn and loved Seb's names for all the 'councillors'. Can't wait to read book 2. The question is, do I wait til August when I can get it from my library or am I buying a new book?

I've heard this isn't the best book in the Discworld and I can definitely see why. I struggled to follow the story at points as it jumped about a bit but overall it was an alright read. Very funny in places. Imagine a chaotic D&D campaign and that's basically this book.

I've loved every Christina Henry book I've read and this one was no different. A creepy, original twist on the tales of Sleepy Hollow that kept me guessing throughout. This would be a perfect spooky season read.

I adored this one. Loved Chloe and Red and their humour. I laughed out loud so many times. A perfect mix of fluff and spice mixed in with covering serious topics of chronic illness and abusive relationships which was done so well. Will definitely be reading the sisters' books.

This was a looooonnnnngggg one! But that being said, it was still probably my favourite from the series. As per, the last 25% was all go! I loved the crossover (though would have liked more) and loved that we got more of Lidia and Ruhn.

This was such a good read. The writing style was different to anything I've read before and it really drew me in. The depiction of anxiety and depression felt so real and I'm so glad I wasn't right about how I thought it would end.

This was a fun paranormal mystery set in the 60s. I loved the art style and I'm always going to be a sucker for a found family. It gave real Scooby Doo vibes too which I'm here for.

This started out strong. The concept, world building and magic system was really intriguing, but then it started to drag a bit. The twists were quite predictable and some of the characters seemed way younger than they were. I was shocked to find Lettle was in her later 20s. Overall an OK read but a bit of a let down for me.
