I devoured this.

The beginning really had me thinking this was going to be a 5 star read but the ending did not seem well deserved. I needed some more dialogue between Gabe and Chani.

There were some amazing parts of this book however. The jumping between timelines was handled really well and the articles in between were really fun. It gave me Evelyn Hugo and The Last Five Years vibes, which I loved.

I was not expecting this and am really glad I picked it up.

My first SW book! I liked this a lot, especially where it landed in canon. I enjoyed hearing from new characters and how they fit with the well established storylines. Thane and Ciena are great characters and incredibly fleshed out. However, I did find it too long and surprisingly, it lacked action. I wanted more in less pages.

This was delightful. A little predicable but I really didn’t mind. The narrators (Marin Ireland and Michael Urie) were amazing. So expressive and calming - I would read anything they narrate.

This book was very different than the others. The obvious reason being it isn’t Feyre’s pov. Nesta’s character arc really is great but I missed Feyre’s voice. Overall, it is another great story with an amazing ending but definitely no where near as great as ACOMAF and ACOWAR. It is however the spiciest of them all hands down.

What an incredible concept. I found myself undecided between Logan and the villain’s plans to save humanity right up until the end which I found fascinating. No idea what I would do in this situation but Logan was solid with his belief the whole time and that made him a great character. A ton of the science went over my head and I found myself skipping through long explanations of DNA because I could not comprehend. Overall, a solid read and I would pick up another Blake Crouch novel.
