The sequel was not quite as good as the first. There felt like there were a few filler chapters but it ended in a happily ever after so that was nice to have everything tied up so nearly.

While a good book, Ben-Ghiat strays away from racism as a major cause of strongmen and her virility chapter misses the point that women are needed to carry the next generation of white babies. Overall, an interesting read.
