While I usually love recipes from Cooking Light, this cookbook fell a bit flat. I got maybe 5 recipes out of it to keep. Beautiful pictures and layout though!

I love Ethiopian food, so I was excited to see a cookbook at my local library with the recipes. Beautiful photos, clear instructions, and descriptive names as well as the Amharic names for dishes. The only bad thing about it was how many unique/hard-to-find spices there were, and often recipes required one or more pre-made spice blends.
