SPECTACULAR

I wasn’t a fan of ACOTAR because it was too fairytale-like, but this next book is NOT the case. I was whisked away to breathtaking Velaris, introduced to some amazing new characters, and learned the importance of breaking free of your chains, knowing your worth, and finding your true family.

And do I need to mention RHYSAND?! He is a good enough reason alone to read this book!

Sarah J. Maas’s books are long and yet I find myself turning the pages and always hungry for more. I ended up devouring this book in a matter of days. That is a rare talent of a writer and she sure exemplifies that through this story.

So, I guess what I want to say is...what are you waiting for?

First of all, this is more of a “filler” and does little to progress the story. I know many people see that as a waste, but I adored this book. This was such a reprieve from the darkness and trauma in ACOWAR. My favorite thing about this series is the camaraderie between the characters, and this book is full of that. It was hilarious and heartwarming, and overall very enjoyable. I want hang out with the Inner Circle forever. I can’t wait for more!
