A darkly humorous, riveting and highly entertaining mystery that kept me turning pages.
The MCs are unusual and likeable, the plot flows and kept me turning pages.
Even if it deals with some serious topics like human trafficking it's darkly humorous and I thoroughly enjoy.
Highly recommended.

As a woman of a "certain age" I appreciated the description of how you can feel when it menopause time.
I didn't experience those extreme symptoms but the descriptions are quite realistic.
I had fun and enjoyed the story even if some monologue were a bit too long and made my mind wander.
It's funny but it's also full of food for thought.

It's the first book I read in this series and I liked the descriptions of life during WWII. Unfortunately I didn't like the characters and the story fell flat.
Not my cup of tea.

This book has a lot of potential and I liked how it started. Unfortunately it became confused and the story didn't keep my attention

A sweet, engrossing and compelling story that made me smile and root for Norah.
There's a moment in your life when you look back and want to relive feelings and emotions like in the past.
Norah is a likeable character even if she's a bit too focused on the past to see the current opportunity.
The descriptions of Dublin were lovely.
My only note is that there were too many flashbacks and this made me the plot less compelling.

T.A. Williams' novels are a sort of guilty pleasure as I like to travel to places I know (Italian born and bread here) and see them through different eyes
I also think he's got a love/hate relationship with Italy but I always have fun and enjoy the story.
This is an enjoyable and compelling novel, I liked the relationship between the sisters and the plot kept me hooked.
