I love Cassie and loved her story.
The author is a talented storyteller and did an excellent job in developing plot and characters.

I enjoyed this story as it's entertaining and well written. It's more fantasy than cozy mystery and the world building is quite complex.
There's plenty of twists, it's fast paced, and there's the right level of humour.
I think it's would be better to read the previous instalment in this series as it can be a bit confusing at times even if there's a lot of backstory.
I appreciated the style of writing and the humour.

I'm not a Christian Witch but I think that different people walk different Paths and this book about the rituals of a specific couple of persons.
I don't share their path but there were some interesting idea and I appreciated the spirituality behind what I read.
It's not a book for beginners.

The goal of this book is telling a story about what could happend due to climate crisis. I admire and share the goal and loved the start of this story.
Pluto was a favorite of mine and I love story about libraries and books.
Unfortunately the story became too confusing and didn't keep my attention.

I read the Brides of Rome and then I read this story. It's an excellent conclusion of this trilogy.
Pomponia vas a fascinating character and I like the gripping plot and the vivid historical background.

I requested this arc because I like Christopher Buehlman's stories and I'm fascinated by the Dark Ages, a good time for any type of horror.
This is an excellent anthology, each story introduced by a sort of museum artefact. It's hard to tell which was my favorite story, I like them all and read them over a couple of week enjoying them.
There's a lot of different type of horror stories: some are on the "not for the faint of heart" side, other are about religion or historical moments.
