I loved this story which is festive and heart warming but with some poignant moment. I loved Krystle and Max, rooted for them, and liked how they were developed.

I read other books by Jodi Picoult but this one was my favorite, a heart wrenching and gripping story that deals with serious topics like abuse and toxic relationships.
The authors did an excellent job in developing well rounded and realistic characters, they're all a mix of good and bad and you like or dislike them like in real life.
The plot is tightly knitted and flows even if there's some repetitions. It kept me turning pages and guessing.
This novel is a mix of mystery and women's fiction. The mystery plays a relevant role in the plot and it surprised me.
An excellent, gripping, and well plotted book.

A mystery involving the authors belonging to the Detection Club was something I couldn't miss and I enjoyed it as Ms Cambridge delivers a solid mystery and a fast paced plot.
The book is well researched and I did not find any fault or mistake as I am a fan of the authors who are in this book.
Phyllida Bright is a clever, likeabls, and well developed character. She's not reckless or rude and I like how she investigates.
The solid mystery kept me hooked and guessing.
Can't wait to read the next story.

Dan Flores is an excellent popularizer and this was a fascinating, intriguing, and thought provoking book.
It's the story of animals and people but it's also the story of how the people cause ecological disasters tha brought to the climate crisis.

I started this book thinking I was going to read a classic country house mystery. I was wrong but it doesn't matter because once I started I couldn't put it down.
This is an usunusual story that gives new life to old tropes. A group of people is meeting in a country house for a funeral and learning who's going to be the heir.
Only one of them will inherit and will be chosen by the previous heir. Each of them will receive a letter explaining why they ihnerited or not.
The story is told by different POV and wel learned about their story and what made them what they are now.
A well plotted story, excellent storytelling and character development.
A page turner I loved.

It's a gem, a short book which is moving, provocative, and makes you think. A well written book about the impact of an album and a musical moviment on the life of a boy.
I don't belong to the generation of Glam or who was in their teens when Transformer was out but I know how music can change your life.
