This is one of those books that are not easy to classify as it could be a domestic thriller, family drama, or some other genre.
But this is secondary as it's a very good book and you cannot help feeling involved in the life of the characters and the ongoing dramas.
There’re some minor details that require a bit of suspension of belief but they don't ruin the suspense and the pleasure of reading.
Good storytelling, excellent plot and character development.

This is one of those book I wanted to read based on the cover. I wanted to be in that place and didn't even check the plot.
As a matter of fact I thoroughly enjoyed the heartwarming and well plotted story. It made me smile and root for the characters.
I also learned it's part of a series and this means other lovely covers and story.

This is one of those stories that makes you travel in time and discover characters and events. History is not only king/battles/etc but also women like those in this book.
It's a well researched and riveting story that kept me reading. I liked the voices of the characters and found the plot fascinating.

I can't find not fault to this book as it's well plotted and well written. It's one of those me-not-the-book case. The characters are well written but I didn't care for them and the story fell flat.
I will try again to read, this time it wasn't my cup of tea.

This is a cute and sweet story but it's also a story that deal with a great issue like the cost of medical care and the need for an insurance.
I loved this story but I think there's a tragic layer under the fun and sweet story and maybe I feel it because I grew up in a country where the healthcare was paid by the state.
The characters are lovely and i liked the plot.

Even if is marketed as middle grade this is one of those story that can be appreciated by people of any age.
The author did an excellent job in developing her version of Tír na nÓg and deliver a gripping and well paced story.
I loved the style of writing and the storytelling, the characters are fleshed out.

This is an excellent book because it talks about the environmental crisi in way that can be understood by children but it can also help adults.

Long time ago I got a grant to study German in Stuttgart. Stuttgart is not the hometown of German Romanticism but it's a place where there's a lot of memories of Hegel and Schiller.
This book was fascinating as it's well researched but never dry or dull. You meet the early German Romantics and you can feel their charm and their strength.
I'm not one of their fan but I would have like to live in Jena at the beginning of XIX century.
