I love Isobel Blood' and her team as they're a group of realistic and down to the earth detectives. Normal life, interesting cases.
This fast paced story kept me hooked and I read it in one afternoon. There's a lot of secrets, suspects, and surprises.
I guessed some twists but the solution surprised me.
it was a gripping and highly entertaining read.

This is an interesting debut as this is an interesting mystery with cozy aspects.
Even if i'm not a fan of vigilantes couldn't help loving Daisy and the setting.
The characters are well developed and the solid mystery kept me guessing.
A clever and unusual story, can't wait to read the next novel.

I enjoyed it even if I was expecting more horror and less details about true crime and how to write it.
It's slow burning and I was fascinated by the stories of the people and the atmosphere.
Wasn't a fan Gage at the beginning but he slow grew on me.
John Danielle can surely write and i liked the stye of writing.
I think it can be recommended if you are interested in the world of true crime

Brilliant, gripping, and riveting. An excellent debut that kept me turning pages as I was fascinated by the characters and thoroughly enjoyed the plot.
There's a lot of food for thought but there's also a lot of fun.

Dark, disturbing, twisty, gripping and entertaining. A fast paced, adrenaline fuelled, and often terrifying book that I couldn't put down.
When I thought it was passing my comfort zone it went into darker places.

I don't think that RaeAnne Thayne can write a book which isn't poignant, heartwarming, and compeling.
This is a poignant, heartwarming and compelling story that I loved and moved me.
