This book wasn't exactly what I was expecting, although I wasn't sure what I was expecting. I wasn't convinced at first but the longer I listened the more I enjoyed it. I had a thoroughly pleasant afternoon pottering about listening to this story and by the end it was a really lovely bit of escapism.

Not for me. It was fine but genre wise, humour, plot etc not a good fit.
