a series of transcripts from the author's therapy sessions dealing with insecurity and low self esteem.

the main part of the book was a bit lack luster but I really enjoyed the short essay collection at the end. I think i overhyped it in my head since I've been wanting to read it for awhile but it was only recently translated.

fun Hallmark Halloween movie
hopeful informative reflective relaxing sad slow-paced

I really enjoyed it however it was a bit slow in my opinion. Although I'm not really one for contemporary fiction. I like it but it's never captivating enough for me to devour like a fantasy book. I would call her writing avant-garde, only read it if you're pretentious and like prose and prattle.
