Oh my goodness oh my goodness!!! One more book to go! But it doesn't come out until December! At least it's close...
This was an amazingly imaginative new take on Santa and his mythology. This is definitely a book I'll be saving for my future children and recommending to others! I watched the movie first (don't hate me!) but I'm loving the fact that the books are so different from the movies.
While I'm not a huge fan of the name ManSnoozy, I do love how epic the Sandman truly is. And the story of Pitch and his real daughter? That was heartbreaking! Well, it would be if I had a heart! :-p
The Sandman is a character that I would love see explored more. I can only imagine how wonderful his travels and adventures before landing on Earth were. Not that this adventure wasn't wonderful, but reading about him zooming about in space was just lovely!
As far as that ending, though... UGH! June 30th better be the correct release date because I don't think I can wait much longer than that for the next book!

I did not expect to like Toothiana's back story as much as I did! Yes, we already know that I watched the movie first... Therefore, based on the movie character, I was expecting someone a bit more bubbly, annoying, and pre-teen-ish.
I'm absurdly glad that Toothiana is none of those! She's a little dark, somewhat suspicious of the others, and she's a wonderful addition to the books!!

Oh my Nokley. I didn't expect to love this book as much as I did, but it's so cute. (A bit explicit, but it's a hormonal teenage boy - I expected that!) I've already added the sequel to my watchlist.
Eh. It was good, because Rowling being a garbage person doesn't take away her skill as a writer, but the story itself wasn't great. She tried, and succeeded, in writing a regular fairy tale. It's just kind of a boring one.
