Definitely one that I'll be recommending to my youngest brother and others because it is absolutely wonderful! The writing is simple, without coming across as dumbed down and the characters are charming and interesting. I think these will be added to my physical collection in the future!

This is wonderful. I definitely can see why one of the book covers says "Harry Potter meets Hunger Games" after this book. I'm a bit disappointed that the series isn't finished so that I can get my fix, but at least now I have something to look forward to! :-D

I cannot believe I have to wait so long for the next book. This series is absolutely wonderful. The characters are interesting and unique, their adventures are fun and scary, and their relationships are genuine and heartfelt even across enemy lines. :-)

Almost literally ending in a cliffhanger, this is definitely a fantastic middle of the series book. Alex has me worried about his future relationships and Aaron is so far down the wrong path it hurts.

Aaron was fantastic!! I'm so happy! And Simber... Oh, Simber! o_O I'm feeling too many emotions to properly emote... But, I'm starting the last one in the series right now.

That feeling when you finish a series and just don't know what to do with your life? I'm there.

This entire series is fantastic and my absolute only complaint about this book is that the final battle is literally about 40% of the book. But at the same time, I'm okay with that because know what's going on all over. I'm so thrilled with Aaron's growth and actions!
