I adored these little books and I already can't wait to show them to the kids at school when I'm there next! My favourite pages were the space & climate zones in the Weather Words book, beetles and grasshoppers from Bug Words & Carnosaurs (I love a Spinosaurus!) and the Pterosaurs pages from the 100 Dinosaur Words book! 
 The colours and illustrations were absolutely amazing and made these books so easy and fun to read! If I was a parent I would absolutely own the entire collection, but since I'm not I'll be passing these along to my local school asap! Such an adorable series and such a fun way to learn about different topics! (I also really loved how soft and squishy the covers are!)

I don't know how to describe this other than Budget ACOMAF (ft. greek mythology). I really enjoyed the first half of this but the flaws were just too distracting. I found the poor world-building distracting and difficult to understand. Zeus is the king of the gods, but he gives off more mafia boss vibe than a God vibe and then there's no real magic except for the river and possibly Hermes and it's all very confusing. It's a fun, fast romance that gets bogged down in a poorly executed retelling. I really think this could've been a new all-time favourite if the world-building and characters had been fleshed out a bit more.

But, when it comes down to it, I'll probably continue the series because I'm a sucker for a guy falls first romance and I really enjoyed the Hades/Persephone scenes and their dynamic was really fun!

The slowest of slow burns and I loved it! I had no idea what to expect from this because unfortunately I haven't heard anyone talk about this book but I loved the little scenes we got to see on film sets and I loved slowly getting to know Jo and Emma individually but then seeing them be an amazing duo even when all they're doing is sitting in the same room as each other!

This was such an underwhelming volume! This was the last volume in the series so I wish the authors had given the characters a proper closing out plotline since we don't get to see them again (though, I think there are some books now??) but instead, this volume was just random stories set around Valentines Day and Halloween?? I liked the first issue but I stopped enjoying the volume after that, I feel like this volume could've been SO good but it just fell flat.

I decided it was about time to get up to date with this series so I'm all caught up when the show debuts! I'm liking it so far and I'll definitely be continuing sooner than later!

I read this earlier in 2016 and really didn’t like it, I think maybe I was having a bad day or was too tired to properly read the comic but after rereading this I feel like I've read an entirely different story.

Weirdly enough I think I actually enjoyed book one more this time around. Like with The Deal, I really enjoyed the second half much more than the first. I did really like Logan and Grace even though they absolutely felt like insta-lust and we never really saw them bond or connect over anything that wasn't action movies. I am excited to read their story in The Legacy asap though!

I definitely prefer this to book 1 but for some reason, I just kept getting distracted, when it should've taken me a few hours to read this, it took me over a week. 😔 I'll definitely be reading book 3 soon though.

This was probably one of the hardest volumes to read in this series so far. I definitely don't think the topic of suicide was handled very well and I'm well and truly over how badly the two main characters are treated in this series. The main topics are bullying and the difficulties of being deaf, but neither of those topics ever seem to be handled sensitively or really well, in my opinion.
