I cannot explain how much I loathe the grand gesture ending so many romances have. I cannot stand it and it always makes me so uncomfortable, for some reason this was one of my least favourites of all.

They finally got engaged & married (in the same volume!!!) so someone tell me why I was still so bored?? Honestly, I love the honest exploration of illness and disability in this series but considering it’s also a romance there’s a surprising lack of chemistry between the main couple!

Such a cute ending but I really wish it had been a bit more fleshed out even just with one more volume set after they got married. Oh well, I loved this series and I know for sure I'll be re-reading it many times in the future!
