I’ve only ever read Enid Blyton’s version of the magic faraway tree so seeing this twist in that idea was really fun. Don’t be surprised if you see me reading the rest of these graphic novels this month!

Okay so maybe if I’d read the blurb on the back cover I would’ve known it was a prequel to the movies but I didn’t so it was a nice surprise for me! I actually really enjoyed this one so if I see the next one at the library I’ll definitely pick it up!
