good, but nothing mind-blowing

In some point, the book started to be repetitive and insignificant, so my lack of patience couldn't take it anymore

It was great, but why did the final fight need to be so long? 

"The best books, he realized, were the ones that talked about what you already knew" - bitch, I disagree -_- 

The only amusing part is that the book was published in 1949, besides this, it was absolutely disappointing to me. 

Either people who high rated have almost none knowledge about social stuff, either I'm the most ignorant person on earth. 

And also, I HATE THE WRITING.

I wish I've never read the part 2 of this book, it was just the characters having existential crises and showing how sad, meaningless and plain life can be. 

While that, the part 1 was what I expected and needed, a comfort zone where things were simple and memorable. 

Also, how hypocritical can a book be? There's all this moral about not being selfish, but there's no empathy and some characters don't have a common sense (and keep being selfish as fuck). It's a pure portrait of society!
