I am VERY MUCH a fan of Thai cooking and while saying that I can say I have no clue how to cook it myself. Nor the slight idea where to start. This cookbook is a very innovative way to teach beginners and I absolutely loved it. It was fun, clever, and knowledgeable! Plus easy enough for someone like me!

This is a super childlike and clever way to explain to them the process and backstory surrounding decay and decomposition! It’s a fun educational outlet for kids who like the unique. Plus the illustrations are lovely and so abstract!

This is such a perfect start for someone who is just beginning their journey. Although I think it’s also fantastic for those further along, even. I loved the layout and helpful reminders throughout for which crystals could go in water, etc. I think the cover is beautiful as well. This is a super helpful addition to your bookshelf!

A gorgeous setting of lush world building, Book 1 of Thaumatropic Roots sets the scene for a fantastic fantasy. I really enjoyed the authors compelling characters and very intricate storyline. This has the prelude to be a very epic fantasy that shows us exactly what Elliah is made of. I thought she was such a strong character considering everything she’d gone through and continues to experience! You should definitely give this indie read a try!

Our continuation of a fantastic middle grade fantasy story with very rich world building and lush landscaping. The author has done a great job creating this world of wonder that I know kids are going to EAT UP. Our four unlikely heroes are bound together to save the world and weighed down by this very discovery from the last book. They’re once again scattered and facing the perils once again! Check this one out and you’ll LOVE IT.

If you’re looking for something when you’re just starting out I bet this would be the perfect book. Lovelace has always had a way with words and this one is absolutely no different. It’s informative yet focuses on the emotion and message behind the practice. A great read!

There’s nothing quite like a book that takes us on a thrilling dance adventure, especially with suspense and a criminal mystery. She thinks her dance instructor is safe but it looks like she’ll have to dig deeper and protect those she loves! The author was fantastic with short fast paced chapters that leave you wanting more. It’s suspenseful right down to the bitter end! You should most definitely give this one a try!

This was a really sweet as candy graphic novel! I wasn’t too fond of Kira for a while but as the story progresses she gets more and more tolerable! The graphics were super pretty and the aesthetic was adorable. This wasn’t a slick plot as it was just all around fun friend cute times. If that makes sense. But it’s an easy and enjoyable read!
