Loved it! I enjoyed the feminist approach, the grass-is-greener expectation of the main characters and the slightly mystical elements.

It was an engaging read, but no that much happened from the middle until the penultimate chapter, which all felt very rushed. I had high hopes for this but they were dashed.

Very good first collection, Baird discusses important issues experienced by teenage girls and women everywhere.

Well written but the narrator was very erratic and the plot wasn’t convincing.

Still don't like the name Albus Severus. Thought it was a bit far fetched, didn't fit in with the original and had a lot of plot holes. An interesting read but I don't consider this as part of the Harry Potter canon.

The pieces were emotional, evocative and raw but I just didn’t connect with them like I expected.
