It was incredibly ANGSTY but not bad, though I did prefer the first book more.

The mother was very careless, aloof and a flake. 

Even thought it was pretty angsty near the end, and Cassidy annoyed me at parts, I loved this book. It was hilarious to see high school life with non-censored jokes, insults and relationships. I also enjoyed all the nerd/pop-culture references.  10/10 would recommend
