good biography, but a bit rushed and i forgot who some of the royals were mid read so that was confusing...

i liked this book the most out of the series. it was action packed, though the love triangle was ever prominent, and angsty near the end but I really liked it. not sure if I would read it again because I already know all the plot twists but I enjoyed reading it this time around.

while the plot was bearable, the manner of speech was not. phrases such as 'bubbly', 'bogus' and 'happy-making' and any other abomination that Scott Westerfield managed to conjure up were abysmal and infuriating.

I really liked the beginning but  their lack of communication made this the biggest (published) bitchfest I have ever read. Just talk to eachother! that's pretty much what I was screaming while reading the thing. Everything else was super cute though.
