It goes without saying that we can only dream of a story like Langley's and Iker's... this second volume completes their story perfectly and leaves my heart filled with love for their chaotic but intense path!

Well... how can I say how tight my heart is at the end of this first book? What a wonderful, emotional story these authors have written! I had planned to read something else, but how could I not immediately dive into the sequel? I'm going back...

As much as I enjoyed this story and returning to this universe I love, this book was my least favorite of the 5... which won't stop me from pouncing on the next one when it comes out! I just found it a little long for my taste... but the quality of the writing remains as good as ever, as do the original ideas!

A new story in this universe I love so much, and another success for Carissa Broadbent, who has a gift for drawing me into her stories with greed. Another book in this series... I'm going back for more!

Another series from Carissa Broadbent which, almost from the very first pages, captivated me from start to finish. I really enjoyed the story, the characters and the writing style, which I really like. I'm looking forward to continuing my discovery of this universe with the next book!

This novella is quite interesting and I think I did well to read it before the 2nd book of the "Nightborn duet" as this story seems to set the scene for future characters. I'm still enjoying Carissa Broadbent's style and look forward to the next book in this series!

What an incredible story! I'm a total fan: of both the universe and the characters, who I find so endearing! Even the "villains" have a kind of sensitivity that makes them touching. Suffice to say, I'm going to go straight to the next part of this series!

As always, Ali Hazelwood has succeeded in writing a story as captivating... as it is intense! The central theme of this book is tackled with such intensity that my stomach clenched more than once for Lukas 😉 Lucky Scarlett!

This series has a source of magic that always brings me back to it. Each book has enchanted me and I keep coming back to it, without really knowing why, with no expectations but such a sense of wonder when I finish each story that I remember why I love it so much. The characters are so genuine, both in their struggles against themselves and in their acceptance of their emotions... their feelings. Once again, tears sprang to my eyes.

Barbara Kloss has a gift for delicate storytelling, while at the same time bringing monsters and drama to the stage. Her style remains spellbinding page after page, and I wasn't bored for a single minute while reading this story. The rhythm is perfect and the characters are so endearing that I'll never tire of discovering them a little more ;-) in my eyes, this story is a pure marvel that will conquer the hearts of readers eager for fantasy but also for sweetness.
