Was dragging my feet and not consistently reading the book. Library due date rolled around, and book was returned, and I'm just not interested in picking it back up
The book is really repetitive. It really gives a vibe of 'I'm a bind up of a short, quipped advice column'.
It seems like a fun concept to interact with occasionally, like once weekly on a news platform, but not for 2h+ continuously.

I went into the book knowing the major twist of the story, and I just couldn't get invested into the characters.
It felt like there was no narrative tension left without that surprise waiting for me.

I didn't connect with any of the characters, and didn't feel inclined to continue the story.
Wicked Plants: The Weed That Killed Lincoln's Mother & Other Botanical Atrocities
DID NOT FINISH: 3%
I got the sense that this would be a super long listicle, not an essay collection delving into a handful of interesting plant histories. Not for me.
I didn't feel connected to the story and had a hard time staying focused on it. I felt like I had missed things by the halfway point because I couldn't commit my attention while reading. I might try it again in a different format, but for now I'm calling it quits.
Not interested in reading at this time. My long Currently Reading is giving me anxiety.
Did not connect to the first story I listened to. Did not feel compelled to pick the book up again.
This book wasn't written for me. I don't find it relatable, and dreading the percent of book left.
Book was removed from Scribd. Not inclined to wait for it's return. The audiobook narrator was not agreeable with me, either.
