Thank you @prhaudio @berkleyromance for this book. This was such a fun rom com with Chandler having the worst one night stand to finding out her one night stand is her new client. I love seeing how their friendship developed and their lessons created some amazing tension. Finn is so lovable. There were so many funny moments and tender ones too to make you fall in love with both of them.

I enjoyed this one but never a fan of insta love which this was the case with both male characters. So some things kind of bothered me in this story:
- how can Ash be president of the US with his age. You have to be 35 to run and he was already in the office for 2 years. A minor detail but maybe I am wrong
- why did they have to rush to get married?
- both encounters for Greer was just too insta when she is no naive
- Merlin dude was just creepy
Regardless, the story was entertaining and I need to see what happens.

Thank you @prhaudio for a copy of this book. I thought this was an interesting take on lockdown. The story is about Kelly who is at crossroads with her fiancé and reconnected with a long last friend and stays with her and her husband. There is a lot going on in the story with Kelly falling for Sabrina and Nathan and learning about a missing person that is tied to Sabrina and Nathan. I wasn't a fan of any of the characters but was curious where this story was going. The twists were kind of crazy at the end. I thought Brittany Pressley did an amazing job with this story and I felt Kelly's confusion with her relationship with Sabrina and Nathan.

So much to love about this book. I love Theo so much!! I am not a fan of secret baby but this one was done so well. I love seeing Winter's growth in this story. I really did not like her from the previous books and glad to see her story and see why she is the way she was. I love that she was independent and developed a relationship with Summer. I adore how Theo was so devoted to Viv. This story is just so good.

Lisa See always does such a phenomenal job with her historical fictions. You can tell the level of research that goes into the story and I love that this was based on a true person. It's sad how women were treated back in the Ming dynasty and despite how they were treated, Tan Yuxian thrived. The story was so well told and I was captivated from the first chapter.

Thank you @prhaudio @berkleyromance for a copy of this book. I was not a fan of Hazelwood's last book and glad I gave this one a chance. I liked the premise of the book with Elise as a struggling professor that needs to supplement her income by being a fake girl friend for hire. During one of her gigs, she meets Jack who treats her poorly and turns out to be one of the individuals deciding on her future job. The attraction between Jack and Elise is amazing and I love how their romance played out. Therese Plummer is one of my favorite narrators and she did such a great job bringing the story to life.

Higgins is such an amazing writer and A Little Ray of Sunshine was so good. I would say this book is more women's fiction with a touch of romance. I enjoyed how this book explores adoption and how it affects the parents that gave the child up, the child and the family adopting the child. I appreciate that the story is set with the child showing up 18 years later.

This is a perfect summer read that takes you away to Rome to follow Violet's dream of becoming a fashion designer. I love that she is a bit older and at crossroads with her career choice. She meets Matteo in a coffee shop with a horrible meet cute and learns he is the son of the host and judge of the contest she is in. She tries to avoid him but it's inevitable and I love their banter and connection. I enjoyed Violet's growth journey as she discovers her passion.

If you are a fan of grumpy/sunshine and marriage of convenience, this one is for you. I enjoyed this story once Iris and Declan started a friendship and started sharing foreign language words as a way to communicate. I thought Declan was a little too much of an asshole and glad he redeemed himself. I enjoyed seeing Iris and Cal's friendship as well.

Thank you @wednesdaybooks for a copy of this book. This is a sapphic coming of age romance. Coley moves in with her dad who she does not a relationship with and is in a new town. She meets Sonya and develops a friendship. This book focuses at it's core about discovering your sexuality but it also deals with some heavy subjects with grief and family relationships. This one reads very YA and I may not be the targeted audience but I enjoyed it overall. I really enjoyed the narration production which included added sounds like a train horn and the text messages in different voices.
