I loved this book so much!! First off, the narration by CJ Bloom and Teddy Hamilton was so perfect. This book has all the elements I love in a romance- great banter, grump/sunshine, and steamy scenes. I love how they both were helping each other improve their sport and the slow burn during their interaction was off the charts. Add in the element of Luke being the co-captain to the new merged hockey team with Gigi's ex-boyfriend - you have got a lot of tension. Gigi's family is great and I love how tight knit this hockey community is.

Thank you @prhaudio @berkleyromance for this love story that is messy and very emotional. Ginny is as the title suggest, a guy's girl, and has so much emotional issues. She meets Adrian which is one of the guys and they form a friendship. They hang out together and Adrian feels he is not capable of love and ends their friendship. They reconnect again and they are still both emotionally damaged and works on their recovery while on vacation. Their relationship is not linear and there is a lot healing before the HEA

This gave me Train, Planes and Automobiles vibes. It was a fun premise and the adventures that Tom and Katherine encounter to make it to Tom's family for Christmas. I love seeing how Tom and Katherine reconnected in the short time. My only gripe is that Tom was heading home to do something drastic and how his feelings turned so quickly.

This was heavier that I expected with Sadie dealing with the impending death of her beloved grandmother. This story is about grief as well as healing with family and second chance romance. I enjoyed it but it wasn't too memorable.

I am sad this is the last of the SPC series but glad to finally get Eden's story. I love how secretive she was and how her story unfolded. Clay was in the previous book and seemed like an a-hole and enjoyed seeing more of him as well. I love how Jade was added to the story and how determined she was with understanding Clay and Eden. I was frustrated with the lack of communication between the 3 of them. Overall, a great ending to the series.

I enjoyed A Merry Meet Cute Christmas so I was excited to read this novella. You don't need the first book but it gives you some context. This was a fun quick read of second chance romance between Luca and Angel. Miscommunication is not a favorite trope of mine and this was part of the story. Overall, a fun steamy gay romance.

I have been looking forward to Beau's story since he has been so mysterious in the previous books. Beau is grumpy mc who is healing from war wounds. Bailey comes from a family of trouble makers and the town treats her poorly by association. I love the slow burn between Beau and Bailey and how Beau was protective of her. The slow burn between was great and I love seeing both of their journey. It was great to see characters from the series in this story too.

What did I just read?! This was creepy and wild!! This was set during the holidays but don't expect anything hallmark here. Allison and Mark takes in, Mavis, Allison's mom who stage 4 cancer. We start seeing strange things happening and we also learn of Mavis back story. As Allison learns more of what is happening, the story just gets crazier and crazier and I am here for it.

This story is about Sal trying to leave the gang life and his road to redemption. He connects to Vanessa, who he knew in high school, from renting a place from Vanessa's grandmother. I enjoyed that this romance was told in Sal's POV but wished I had Vanessa's insights. Sal had a lot of pressure with helping people form his old hood while trying to stay away from gang life. It was an aspect of the story that I enjoyed.

If you are looking for a steamy sports rom com - look no further!! It's purely fun and so many funny moments from the texts to the dates she goes on. The narration was so good on this production with the duet format. Not a lot of substance but just what I needed.
