Tripp Wilson, brother to famous Levi (former boy band) meets Lila and the club and they have instant connection.
Lila is in town to meet her recently deceased uncle's attorney to learned that she inherited a baseball team and Tripp is the manager for it. They end up working together and spark fly.
Lila starts off very standoffish as the way she has lived while Tripp has an amazing extended family. Did I mention that he is a single dad that is trying to do it all. I love how Tripp starts incorporating Lila into his life and the town and she starts opening up.
This story is so fun despite having some heavier topics. And I love seeing characters from the other books as well.
Joe Arden and Savannah Peachwood did a great job was Lila and Tripp's POV.

This book takes place in Cooper Valley and we get to see Beck, Ellie's older brother who we met in the first book. Beck is famous for being in a boy band and now an underwear model.
Beck makes a mistake that goes viral and is head to head against Ellie's neighbor Sarah. They agree to fake date and help each other out. I love them together!! Beck is so charming and their banter is perfection.
Jason Clark and Erin Mallon did such a great job bringing all the characters to life.

This was such a fun romcom with:
- Brother's Best friend
- single dad
- military
- small town
- pirate town
- fake dating
I didn't realize I needed to read a book with people that love pirates until this. Ellie and Wyatt are just so good together despite all of the mishaps. The story is just fun and the supporting characters added so much and you want to get to know all of them.
Erin Mallon and Joe Arden did such a great job with the narration and bringing the story to life.

I met Lucy Eden during SLC and she was so nice and I had to give her book a try. This was a fun small town romance that has hallmark feel.
Emma inherits her grandparent's farm who she lost touch with and meets the farm manager at one of the funniest meet cute. The town and Dan are both stand-off to Emma the city girl.
I really enjoy the small town/found family and how everyone took care of each other. Dan and Emma's love story was a bit too quick for me, especially with Emma's situation.
Overall, a fun read and I look forward to reading Eden's backlist.

This was an interesting psychological thriller with Ellie who is engaged to her childhood crush and living her best life with him and him mom and her daughter except her bff still missing. Carla returns and Ellie is convinced it's not Carla.
The story felt a bit repetitive with Ellie's constant vocalizing and questioning Carla and the town starts turning on her.
I enjoyed how the story unravel and makes you question who to trust. I didn't really enjoy any of the characters and felt there was no real character development but this was just a sequence of events.
Overall, it was entertaining and Jodie Harris did a great job with the narration.

I am not sure how to review this book. There aspects of the story that I enjoyed with plus size FMC and the fake marriage trope.
I thought that Nathan was a bit too rough with her as she was a virgin despite her consent. I also was a bit grossed out by his attraction to her when she just turned 18.
I had a suspicion with the twist so I wasn't surprised at all. There was a lot of other stuff thrown in the story to setup future books which felt a bit too much for me.
I always love Shane East narration and can listen to anything he narrates. Roxy Isles did a great job as well.

This story gave me Maid in Manhattan vibes. Lexi was fired for her job because of a misunderstanding between her and Easton. They bump into each other at Central Park and Easton is intrigued by Lexi and makes her an offer to be his wife so that he can inherit the family business.
This one was a slow burn with their attraction and I am
here for it. I love that they were engaged and got to know each other. Lexi is feisty and added some sass to the story.
Easton was more reserved/grumpy but had a heart of gold. His twin brother, Weston, added humor to the story as well.
Told in dual POV, the narration by Amy Hall and Marcio Catalano brought the story to life.

Can we do an appreciation dance for no 3rd act break up in a romance!!! Josephine has been building up her clothing brand and is ready to take it to the next level. She hires a consultant firm and it's no other than her former BFF's twin brother.
I love Josephine and Will together. He is a total cinnamon roll in how he approached their relationship.
Josephine was extremely driven and I appreciate seeing her struggles for a balanced life.
This was such a great romance with strong female friendships and mature adults tackling a relationship.

Looking for a fun rom com, look no further. This is about Jane who is a single mom that recently started a dating service. She bumps into Jasper, who is a star quarterback to the local NFL team who plays on the same team as her BIL. He agrees to use her service.
The story is fun and lighthearted with Jasper's fun personality. I appreciate that there were some more deeper topics in the story that added more depth.
I did read the first book and felt this can be read as a standalone.
Thank you @netgalley and the publisher for a copy of the book.

* This book grabbed my interest from the first chapter Sophie wakes up in an unknown place and is trying to figure out how she got there and why she is there. The story is intense and I love the back story to give us insights into Sophie.
The narration by Gail Shakan was phenomenal. There was a voice she did for the captors that felt so scary.
I wasn't a fan of the ending but still enjoyed the story.
