It's fun to see the children of the Pucked series all grown up. I love that Pucked series was a rom com and Little Lies is so angsty. Told in past and present and both Lavender and Kodaik's perspective, the stories reveals why they apart and how to handle each other after not seeing each other for 5 years. I loved how connected they were from a young age and how they understood each other. The narration was so well done on the audio. I am excited to continue the series.

Thank you to the publisher for a copy of the book.

I am really enjoying this series and Francesca and Tuck's meet up/ one night stand is hot!! Lots of random encounters keeps connecting them and finds out they live in the same building. I love how complex both characters were and it was their fears that kept them apart. I really enjoyed the side characters which added a great dimension to the story.

An Irish actor, Adele, was about to bail on her acting career when she lands a super secretive movie job. The story is set on a creepy mansion and it's basically life imitating art. Adele is isolated and has no idea what is happening.

The narrator did a good job building the intensity of the story and kept me interested. I did find the end wrapped up a little too nicely.

Thank you @prhaudio for a copy of the audiobook. I loved how the book started with Frankie and Ezra waking up with each other and a ring and either party knows how they go there. The former couple hates each other and just work together to piece the night.

I thought the story was okay l, I just didn't love the characters and the hate was fueled by so much miscommunication from so long ago. I did enjoy the dual narration and POV.

Thank you @readforeverpub for a copy of this book. This book is beautiful story about daughter- mother relationship that has been strained and is now together on a road trip to Graceland. Grace is at a moment in life that needed change and takes her mom, Loralyn, a mega Elvis fan on a road trip. The author did a great job addressing heavy subjects such as race, physical abuse, failed marriage and health issues along with a lot of humor. This story made me glad I was able to take trips with my mom when she was mobile and I wished I took her to more trips.

Thank you @readforeverpub for a copy of this book. Lester does a great job with another histories fiction during WWII. Alix St. Pierre is an amazing main character with her job as PR for Christian Dior launching his own line. I love how strong and determined Alix is and we learn about her role during the war.

I enjoyed how the book explored how difficult it was for a woman wanting a career and not to be a housewife. Economic class was also discussed and how people treated you if you weren't in the same economic status.

I love how the past of Alix leads her to her preset day and how the story was told.

Thank you @parkrowbooks for a copy of the book. This was a great thriller with unlikeable characters and each one having secrets revealed in a weekend getaway gone wrong. The story is told in multiple POV and one of the narrators was totally unrelated to the couples and made me wonder what role he played in the story. The narrator did a great job creating a atmosphere of isolation and panic in the characters.

Thank you @prhaudio @berkleyromance for a copy of this book. I liked that this romance is centered about an older couple (gasp! She's just a few older than me) and is set in Southern California. It's fun for them to mention places and restaurants that I've been to.

Not only is this book about the relationship between Wolf and Andi, the book goes a lot into adult children as well. I love that aspect and the book felt so real. Wolf is the perfect grump and has everyone's interest at heart.

Thank you @readforeverpub for a copy of this book. All the stars for a book that has:
- enemies to lovers
- Chinese culture
- the cutest Popo (grandma)

I love reading a book based in LA with some many places I am familiar with. I love all the cultural aspects which I grew up with as well. I am not sure how I feel about Olivia and how stubborn she was with Chinese zodiac match making. She had a lot of pride in her family business but she was too much my way is the best way.

I adore Olivia's relationship with her Popo so much. Bennett was such a great character and I adored him too.
