A solid sports romance. It took a long time for River and Anastasia to get to the pact. Both are likeable characters and I enjoyed their time together. The story was just a little slow paced and the burn was really slow.

Thank you @prhaudio for a copy of this book. I fell I love with all the quirky characters. This book felt so timely with women's rights despite this being a historical fiction. I love how true to herself and never wavered through the book. Her relationship with Harriet and Mad was so enduring. Mad was the cutest kid snd 6:30 was the best dog. I am secretly hoping my dog thinks like 6:30.

The narration of this audiobook was so good and got me hooked from the first chapter. I love the numerous narrators with the podcasts and interviews and the perspective of what happened. So much was covered in the story from micro aggression to small town minds and blatant racism. I loved the story but the ending.
The ending had to end as it did. I wished there was an epilogue to help me tie up what happened to Maddy and Kenny.

Thank you @valentine.pr and the author for a copy of the book. This is the second story of this series and can be read as a stand alone. This story is about Justine who moved to Polson Falls to live with her BFF, Scarlett and was jilted by her boyfriend.
The story focuses on Justine and her dislike for the new developer, Garrett and what his plans to make changes to the small town. Justine is a no filter, says what is on her mind. I didn't mind that but I felt like she just wanted to create conflict and get riled up to spite the opposition .
There's a lot of great moments between Garrett and Justine once they finally get together. The banter and chemistry was great between the two.
I really enjoyed the granny gang and the friendship between Justine and Scarlett. They added a lot of depth to the story.

Thank you @prhaudio for a copy of this cute YA romance. I am used to Hibbert's steamy romance and always fun to see an author transition to a different genre. Like her other books, she does an amazing job with having characters that have real health/mental issues. She showcases her fun banter with this friends to enemies to enemies to lovers story between Celine and Bradley. A great coming of age story and seeing how each of their own growth journey.

A book set in gorgeous Lake Tahoe with an influencer, a con artist ...what can happen is an amazing story!! I loved this book told in the perspective of Nina, who is broke and needs to help her mom financially for her cancer treatments and Vanessa, an heiress to a beautiful estate in Lake Tahoe. I love how the story unfolded with Nina's past and present story and see how she was tied to Vanessa. The story was fast paced and kept me interested with all the twists the story takes.

Oh this may be my favorite book from Clayborn. With Georgie at crossroad with her life in California, she returns to her home town to help her BFF prepare for her pregnancy. Georgie hates the small town life and the memories of the people of her. She meets Levi and they develop a friendship and you can feel their attraction. I love their interactions and seeing their growth journey.
The banter and slow burn between Georgie and Levi is just chef's kiss. I adore the friendship between Bel and Georgie and how they have fun and uplift each other. This book is so heartwarming and fun.

Thank you @prhaudio for a copy of Flying Solo. This was narrated by Julia Whalen so the narration was top notch. The story is about Laurie going back to a small town to deceased aunt's home and help clear it out. I enjoyed the story line between Laurie and Nick who were high school sweethearts and Laurie broke it off when she left.
The story has a strong focus on the mystery of a duck decoration which I felt derailed the story. It was a bit over the top for me and I wanted to see more of Laurie and Nick together.

Thank you @prhaudio for a copy of this audiobook. If you are a fan of time travel, this one is for you. Alice is on the cusp of turning 40 and loves her life and is dealing with her ailing father. She finds herself back to her 16 year old self and travels back to different times in her life and how her life would differ based on some changes.
The narration was amazing and did a wonderful job bringing the story to life. What I loved most about this book is the relationship she has with her dad. Their love reminds strong in each scenario and they are so supportive of each other. I also enjoyed her relationship with her BFF.

Groundhog Day but make it Valentine's for senior Emilie which becomes the worst day ever....such a fun premise. Emilie just relive this day and despite making changes to the day, the same thing happens. She continues to connect to Nick and I love their fun banter and friendship for the day. I really enjoyed the day as Emilie towards the end and spends the day with no consequences and enlist Nick to join her.
