All the stars for this book. Read this if you love:
- Small town
- Second chance
- Marriage of convenience
- Single dad-ish
- Lots of steam

The narrators totally brought the story to life and Noah's niece totally stole the show. She is a pirate loving f-bomb dropping 6 year old that added so much joy to the story. I love the banter between Noah and Shay. Noah's love language of baking bread is true gooey cinnamon roll!!

This book totally have me The Last Mrs. Parrish vibe and I am here for it. I always enjoy a good twisty psychological thriller where you don't know what's going on. The narration is great and I am so excited to read the next book.

I love the premise of this book with future authors looking to work with a famous writer at her remote home. This was a great debut thriller with so many twists and turns. Everyone is unreliable and the retreat gets crazier each day. I love how the book focused on ambition and desires to become a writer and how far you would go.

Thank you @entangled_publishing for a copy of this book. I have enjoyed this series so far and this one has such a great premise. I love the banter between Eli and Stephanie and how well they worked together. Their chemistry was great and I liked the forced proximity in a remote cabin. I enjoyed seeing the other characters from the previous books making an appearance too.

Thank you @stmartinepress @macmillan.audio for a copy of this book. I listened to this in 1 sitting. I love the atmosphere of the house on the cliff and how the relationship between Amanda and Gabe & Pippa was revealed. The story is told in past and present in the POV of Pippa and Amanda in an after perspective which I liked. You really don't know who to trust in the story and what really happened until the end.

Thank you @prhaudio for a copy of this audiobook.

This is a heavy read and be prepared for some intense topics such as addiction, child neglect and prostitution. The story is told by Arc and her life with her twin, Daffy, who lives with their mom and aunt who are both addicts and prostitutes. The girls life changes drastically when their grandmother dies.

The story is about these girls lack of upbringing and how they survived in such neglect. The writing is so beautiful and vulnerable. I love how the book centers on the other side of savage is a beautiful side and how this told throughout the story.

The narrator did such a phenomenal job with all the voices and bringing the personalities to life.

Thank you @berkleyromance @prhaudio for a copy of this romance set in beautiful Scotland. Ruby moves to a small town in Scotland to write a cookbook and ends up meeting Brochan, a grumpy handy do it all handyman. I love the slow burn between the two and the banter between them. The story was charming with the small town vibe and the narrator did an amazing job making you feel like are in Scotland. Overall, a fun read.

I was bummed that I didn't love this as it is so hyped on IG. I enjoyed the story and Stassie and Nathan's connection. I love the supporting characters of the hockey team and how much they added to the story. I can't put my finger on why I didn't love this but we can't love them all.

Thank you @macmillan.audio @smpromance for a copy of Off the Map. This was an enjoyable read despite this being my least favorite trope - insta love- lust.  I love the fun adventures that Carla and Eamon took before Anna and Keanne's wedding. The book lack tension/banter which is always love. I love Carla's relationship with Biggie, her father dealing with dementia. I thought the end was tied up a bit too conveniently to resolve Carla and Eamon's reason why they can be together.

Have tissues ready when reading this book. I knew this was going to a heavy read and tug at all the emotions and it sure did. The story is told in Emery's POV who suffers from Lupus. I love how this story not only showed how Emery's struggles but her fractured family as well. Kaiden, her step brother, is broken emotionally and they form an unlikely relationship. I love how they both helped each other. This story is so well told and it makes me angry how mean teenagers can be.
