This book. The concept was super interesting to me but just executed poorly. Jason irritated me as a main character, in all his iterations, and I found myself having no sympathy for him whatsoever. Crouch's writing style was annoying too. It was like reading a script, with returns after almost every sentence, and rarely long paragraphs.

Intriguing story but really not a fan of books told in a more conversational manner or in the first person. I kept getting a little lost as to what had already happened. Some of the characters were irritating as well. However the world that Ishiguro has created is fascinating and I kept reading because I wanted to know more about the roles of the doners/carers
