This challenge can include nonfiction books about any type of mental health issue or how other types of issues impact mental health (e.g. neurodiversity, physical disability or outside circumstances and life events); or fiction books that deal with these topics. 

The books can be as long or as short or as as academic or lighthearted in their approach as you like, as long as it expands/helps your mental health knowledge and engages you in the topic. The idea of this challenge is to feel free to personalise the books to your specific needs/interests within the broader topic of mental health :)
